I had to laugh at her attorney saying due to COVID-19 "people are not buy books" (referring to income by her husband). That's simply not true. People are not buying HIS books because he is involved in the disappearance of her children. People are NEVER going to buy HIS books unless maybe you tell where THE CHILDREN ARE.

Are these phone calls between Lori and Mr Means the reason how they found the children in Daybell’s backyard?? This was in May, digging and discovery of remains occurred in early June. Did it take a month for a warrant for the Daybell/Dumbbell property? Not just based on Alex Cox’s phone records as we’ve been told. Is this why he’s so upset about this information being recorded and listened to by other parties??

I am kinda shocked at the comments here... no matter what she has done... she is one innocent until proven guilty and second has a right to a defense... the assertion that this guy makes is proven by first admission in affidavits that recording were made... pretty much as he says being admitted / notadmitted in this motion... as a pretty much piggybacked into this action by the defense that did not ask for forcing him to respond now a day later or face the prospect that these affidavits be made facts in the case... it is really really dirty moves by the state to put a lot of pressure on a public defender via these types of actions... regardless what she did she deserves the rights to defense. Period.
