بلڈر ابھئ بھی 1000 پلاٹ کی جگہ 3000 فائلیں بناے گا۔ایف بی آر جاکر پلاٹ ناپنے سے رہا۔اس کو ٹیکس لینے سے غرض ھے۔اتنے بڑے کام ویسے بھی اداروں کے ساتھ ملکر ھی ھوتے ھئں

Nice of you to point positive side of taxation. Here are my observations. 1. IMF wants not only to tax capital gains on real estate but also wants exemption on time limit to be removed. No exemption for any holding period. 2. Next step will be IMF asking government to rationalise capital gains across all assets so in coming years rates will increase on real estate as it is low as compared to stocks. 3. Also expect IMF to demand FBR rates to be revised higher in coming years. 4. Our current finance minister is banker and he wants to reduce cash transactions across all sectors. Market runs on liquidity and sentiments. Expect liquidity in property to decrease further in short-term resulting in more correction in prices. Sentiments will also take hit with new taxes. Long-term market will be good as taxation will discourage speculation and frauds.

NOC from govt authority for full land area with computerized mutations in the owners name must be Ordered. All files sold must have a computerized land records.

Pls clarify instalment file of DHA Muitan in which instalments was fully paid & 3 development charges instalment are remaining which will be paid till Dec 2024. Pls inform on which stage tax will be paid or exempt due to less than 25M amount or paid tax at the time of sale of property. Pls respond.

Still Real Estate mafia will find a way. This will apply to LDA approved societies to some extent. Bahria is already promoting open forms to avoid taxation. So is DHA.

It should b mandatory for a builder/developer to sign a legal document with the buyer and it must b registered with the appropriate deptts.Payments to b made thru banks. It's a big mess and mafias are involved in such business. Buyer need to b utmost careful.

Everyone is asking excellent job by govt but my point is either our govt byself is trustable? Everyone in every department taking bribe and they think it's their right. However, there wouldn't surety it will be in streamline but it will be cause of high rates 🤷‍♂️

میرا خیال ہے کہ حکومت اپنا ٹیکس تو فی پلاٹ کے حساب سے پکڑتی جائے گی یہ نہیں دیکھی گی کہ پلاٹ بھی اتنے ہیں کہ نہیں۔ کنسٹرکشن کمپنی واقعتاً ہی تمام لوازمات کے ساتھ رجسٹرڈ ہونی چاہیے ۔

This shows that FBR is this much incompetent that its way of tax collection is improved by IMF. This means all those who qualified CSS were unable to do on their own. This clearly convinces common man that leadership is everything. These are only departments who have to follow gov policies. All i can say is that learn from Dubai where these pakistanis do business and jobs and celebrate new year. They also dont like Dubai from their heart but when it comes to money then they cant speak truth. As the same pakistani when asked will you allow Dubai Model in your cities. They clearly say No. Showing their hypocrisy. And the result of this hypocrisy is Pakistanis invest their money in Dubai Property because Dubai Gov dont work like pakistanis. They are truthful to themselves and to the investors.

اس فیلڈ میں ایک عدد رجسٹری محرر ہوتا ہے جو رشوت لیتا ہے اور آگے تحصیلدار، اے سی ، ایم پی اے، اور دیگر کو ان کا حصہ برابر پنہچاتا ہے۔ ٹیکس وصول کرنے کا تب فائدہ ہوگا جب یہ رقم ڈائریکٹ حکومت کے اکاونٹ میں جمع ہو ایف بی آر خود اپنا حصہ بنانا شروع کردے گا اورسیز تو اب پاکستان نہیں جائیں گے یہاں بس انویسٹمینٹ کی بربادی ہے
