That was an all around warm up covering most aspects of the game in under 20 minutes..

P.S. have you seen the youth tournament they recently won? Xavi Simmons put on a masterclass on how to play midfield, and the team played EXACTLY! like the first team. SHOCKER! i know.

Nice n simple.. nothing complicated. Liked the 4v4+2 possession game with the 2 neutral players the same end (rather than opposite ends) to work on recycling.

Dude, everything you post is gold. Your website is quality as well (i have it bookmarked.) This has given me more nuggets and answered a few dilemmas/questions i had when it comes to how the best in the world prep before games.
