@@lynnbarker1019 with respect Lynn, I know everyone who is decent won’t choose this path for deportation. Decency is alive when we act decently. But the problem is deeper than it looks, see I am what you may call a Hindu, I and my spouse got married with all rituals which is video taped as per our tradition. It’s at least a week long ordeal; if I came tomorrow to UK with my wife, our marriage is not legally recognised. God knows what they will legally call our Son. UK has lost track.. I sincerely hope one day soon the operations will be humane. He definitely made a mistake by not having his papers in order, no issues there… but he was living there with your own society. And he got this treatment. I think decency is possible.. I doubt if he would return there and trust the legal process. What would have been awesome was if the bride caught wind and accompanied him and got married to him on flight. That’s the kind of slap this system needs. It will happen one day if they don’t change.

@@blossomthame633it often takes a long time to arrange reportation, especially for just overstay. And they do not have the facilities to keep everyone so people are often released on condition that they will report to a police station at a later date but then they dissappear. This way they knew where he was going to be. And seeing the commotion he made imagine what a scene it would be if they tried to arrest him at home or work or in public. It was the best surest option. Then there is the added fact that arresting him there they can now also add trying to defraud the public system with a sham marriage to his docket that will expedite his deportation, which they would not be able to do had they arrested him at home or work. Additionally, it sends a clear message to others thinking of sham marriages that you can be arrested on the day of your marriage, which will help deter others from trying it.

I’m no pro mass immigration by a long shot, but I though they could let the Jamaican bloke stay. He was a nice man. Taking on another man’s kids is big man stuff. He was 99% kosher. I was embarrassed by the pettiness, but also want our borders respected… I’m very conflicted by this whole subject…. But when you see your high trust - low crime society shat upon….. you must be at least heartbroken- if not furious and definitely afraid. Now they are crowbarring hundreds of single fighting age men in tiny villages. The whole country is being systematically destroyed and what’s replacing it, is not, and can never be, by any meter… acceptable.

I had to assure with affidavits they would not become public charge. Since we were middle class in our country, we worked hard to accomplish the same here. It's unfair and in detriment to taxpayer what Biden is doing with immigration. Also, the mentality of young people against the flag; I lived under war and socialism. They do not appreciate what they have.

This is happening all the time in Canada. Young people come on student visas but never go to college then use the shelters to house them while they are applying to seek asylum in Canada. Toronto alone has a major problem with the youth shelters being taken over by asylum seekers and that leaves the youth who are citizens seeking a shelter has a small chance of getting into a shelter. Shelter workers can not report a youth who has no status in the country. So, here is dilemma, immigration against staying illegally in the country and community services funded by the government is for the non-status clients and sheltering them in shelters. Just stating facts and I am neutral in this.

You watch too much Fox News and their constant fear mongering and blame of everything foreign.

Its unfortunate because people come to different places for different reasons and ankor themselves someplace where they are an illegal resident. Most have no intention on returning to their country. At least the border agents in UK are ALOT nicer than here in the U.S.

One agency is handcuffed by liberal influence and one is allowed to do their job. Which is actually “meaner”

Noticed how much more nice their citizens are to the police. It’s a give and take and you get what you give to the cops!

There are MILLIONS who cross the USA border, so the agents jobs are a lot harder than what the UK agents have to deal with. Stop breaking the law and apply to come to the USA the LEGAL way.

@@sonydc4419 I’m not sure why you think people only want to come here to the states. People try illegally immigrating to all first world countries

It's as bad here in canada. What's worse our government refuses to send any of them back, instead they get housing, welfare, medical, dental all for free yet we citizens who are born here don't get half of what the illegal immigrates get and we pay for it all 🤬

I am Canadian and that is complete BS........the only way some one can come into Canada is on a Student Visa, Business Visa, marriage or refugee. If someone marries a Canadian, that Canadian is responsible for supporting them for 4 years. If the marriage breaks down and the fraudster claims welfare, the Canadian has to pay it back.....
