This is such an incredibly underrated - or perhaps more fittingly, unknown here on KZfaq - podcast, that makes fantastically powerful content. Thank you Fearne for facilitating the perfect environment for Matt to open up, and thank you Matt for your incredible bravery when it would be so much easier for you to keep it to yourself. These are the kinds of conversations the world needs more of.

What did you think of this week's episode? It has certainly been one of the most intense episodes of this year, but we have learnt a lot thanks to Edmondson ❤

What a really inspiring and informative experience. So much in there. Thank you Matt and Fearne. Relatable, So right it is a life times work, different meaning at different times in your life, liberating and freeing to speak it brings but dissolves the fear.

I went to my GP about my rapid mood swings and he just handed me a leaflet. I felt he couldn’t be bothered to try and help me.

Another great informative and emotional discussion but unfortunately it ruined with all of the advertisement. This makes me very frustrated when your fully engaged in a podcast related to mental health.
