Your videos are so fun to watch, your voice is calm, and your teachings make so much sense. I have watched 100's of hours of teachings trying to understand certain biblical truths and have literally fallen asleep at the computer at times because the teachings were so monotone and drawn-out. Since we know the last three appointed times haven’t been fulfilled yet (excluding the actual Yom Kippur sacrifice) I actually have had a few people tell me Jesus broke His own commandments and since He came and died, buried, and rose again that the prophecies not yet fulfilled have been made null and void. I asked for scripture and then the conversation was over.

That was an interesting video on Yom Teruah, the Feast of Trumpets. This is a big subject with many connections that relate to the Fall Feasts and the final 7 years of this age. The dispensationalist pre-tribbers have led off on this by saying, Feast of Trumpets = Last Trump = Resurrection-Rapture of 1Thes. 4:15-17 and 1Cor. 15:51. That quick and rather sloppy eisogesis suits their purpose in trying to tag Yom Teruah with a Resurrection-Rapture that comes 7 years before the end of the age. Please allow me to launch out into a little lament on this matter. Most of the rest have followed in lockstep with the dispensationalists. We are not studying the word “teruah” properly. Nor are we listening to the musical character of the Teruah. We do not pause to listen and contrast the call to assembly in the teruah shofar blast with that of the Tekia Gedolah with its epic note of finality and closure, something that the Teruah with its note of alarm and its call to remembrance and repentance does not have. The word “teruah” just by itself lends itself to a word study. We need to open up our online Bible Study tools or Blue Letter Bible to study and get to work. We need to track down the root word for “teruah” and determine what the word really means. Then we need to see how the word is being used those 33 times in the Torah. Then too there is the spirit, the musical character, the artistic impact, and the military use of the staccato teruah shofar blast. This begs the question of its future divine purpose. Are we interested? No one is looking into this it seems. For pre-tribbers we can well imagine why they do not wish to look into this matter. They take no responsibility for the future 70th Week and consider it just a chamber of horrors with no purpose in God for them to even be there. They have been told a scurrilous story that the Holy Spirit is the Restrainer of the beast demon that possesses the Antichrist and that the omnipresent Holy Spirit will take a hike for those final 7 years and will exit the planet. So quite understandably, they are afraid. They are happy to go along with the crowd and are planning on “going AWOL” for the future 70th Week. But for the post-tribbers who are not survivalists, the true Elect who have taken responsibility for the end-time witness, why, pray tell, is this deep study of the Fall Feasts and the teruah in particular not being done? Why is it being so badly neglected? A proper study of these elements is just not being done by our Messianic friends and nothing is spoken of these deeper elements of the teruah by Bible prophecy teachers across the board. I had hoped that our Messianic friends would do a deep dive into this to help us. But alas, that is not happening. Nor are they interested in correcting the Torah non-compliant Jewish calendar. They seem more intent on abiding by Pharisaical tradition. We see this with their mis-handling of the calendar placement of Firstfruits. They seem more beholden to rabbinical commentary than just doing a straightforward Hebrew word study. we so desperately need a “study to shew thyself approved” type of excursion into these Biblical matters of Yom Teruah and the teruah. The teruah, along with the rest of the four classic Hebraic shofar blasts and their spirit, character, meaning, and purpose need to be explored ASAP. And right now, well, the teruah and Yom Teruah is not being explored much at all. Here are a couple of videos just to get the conversation going. These came out seven years ago. And what has been the follow up from this? Crickets. The time is short. The 70th Week could open up this decade. And with it the Joel chapter 2 scenario. Thanks. Lots of good stuff in this video & some inaccuracies as well. You are using an erroneous rabbinical calendar that is not YHVH's. Judaism (not always on in the same as Torah - by that I mean much is man made tradition & their calendar is one of the changes they have made). The true date for Yom Teruah 2017 will either be Thursday or Friday, September 21 or 22. This is determined by when a new moon (waxing crescent sliver) is sighted (with the bare eye) from the land of Israel at sunset. There are people there who watch and announce (New Moon & Aviv Barley page on Facebook is one). Also, not all of the mo'edim (appointed times in Levitt us 23 are feasts. Example: Yom Kippur on 10th day of month 7 is indeed a FAST day. I have quit calling them all feasts for this reason. They ARE all mo'edim. Yom means day. Chag means feasts. The thing about Mt. Sinai is tradition (although possibly true) and not scripture.
