I think the afterthought of caramel really helped Erwan’s cheesecake. Solenn’s lemon curd did not set properly so that probably affected the taste as well. All in all, the cookoff was so much fun to watch.😊

I have not eaten Basque cheesecake but I have seen many recipes of it. I think Erwan won because Basque cheesecake is enjoyed because of its simplicity without the need of additional flavors. I think the creaminess and the savory taste of the salted eggyolks really works well with the creamcheese. Solenn's cheesecake looked good but the curd seems to runny and the adding of fruits made it look like regular cheesecake just without the crust. Great episode again!

Solenn’s cheesecake is so beautiful on tv watching it. It jiggles, it looks puffed & very soft. Erwan’s cheesecake looks yummy. I tend to like cakes with creamy sweet goodness on it. We enjoy watching “The Sibling Cook Off” all the time. ❤️😋❤️😋❤️

You guys should return the blindfold taste and you include yourselves as judges as well as nico. It was so hilarious back then. Still, great content! All the best! Cant wait for the next episode My suggestion: Lumpia 2 sets, 1 savory like meat lumpia and the other is desert themed like peach mango lumpia etc.
