My nephew happened to be a line chef at a restaurant where Gordon came in to save it for an episode of 24 Hours to Hell and Back. He said that Gordon was very kind to all the employees and patiently gave the line cooks numerous tips and explanations. He told him that he loves teaching younger people about cooking and not to worry that he wouldn’t be screaming at them. He said that was only for TV and he really wants to help them be better chefs. My nephew said he was kind and humble throughout the week of filming and he really respects him even more.

Honestly, after the diet culture and ED culture of the early 00s, it’s so refreshing that a role model like Selena has a cooking show where making and enjoying food (and not even just “healthy” “good” “guilt free” food) is normalised, it sounds like such a weird thing to say when you really think about it but I bet her show has had quite an impact in that space even though that’s probably not what she set out to do with it 👏🏻

Gordon Ramsay is my all time favorite episode of Selena’s “Selena + Chef” show. After watching it on HBO MAX, I bought the episode on KZfaq a few weeks ago and I’ve watched it on repeat for days on end. Gordon showed Selena the ropes and (like he did with Sean Evans on Hot Ones when Sean cooked scrambled eggs for Gordon after the Hot Ones gauntlet) he showed great patience with her when she made the scrambled eggs. Such a wholesome collaboration 😇

Pizza  Pizza dough  Drum flour  Salt  Egg  East,  Hot and cold water  Marinara sauce  Milk  Shredded mozzarella cheese  Sugar  Dough making procedure:  To make dough clean dough machine container very well, connect with electric supply, put egg, milk salt, sugar milk east hot and cold water, drum flour in dough machine container, stir with mortised stirrer very well for 10-15 minutes when the dough will become like a single lump take out of the machine, measure and cut it in to pieces like half a pound each reshape it like a circular dough put in a small bowl pouring little oil and keep it in a freezer.😮😊😊😊
