I used to watch nicole in 7th grade quite often as she would motivate me with her videos, in 8th grade i didn’t watch as much but i sometimes checked what she was up to. And i’m now in 9th grade (starting high school later this year) can’t believe i’ve came this far :)

Distancing myself from people that bring me down and trying not to let others bring me down by their words. Keeping up with my dance at home and continue to drink plenty of water. Staying to my routine of getting up and going bed at the same time and continuing then when I wake up keeping off the phone for an hour. I only go on there once to call the school when I volunteer and book my lunch in but that’ just a quick expected phone 📱 call

Great video Nicole! I like your approach on doing February reset on doing self care and being creative. I like doing a reset on months like work on being creative on critical thinking, work on goals like be aware of myself in different social or environmental settings, work on fa being my strength/weaknesses, do a budget balance on sorting out what to spend on or not to spend on, and work to find ways to develop or improve on healthy lifestyle! Colie never fails to give us motivation! this year has already been very hard for me my grandma passed christmas morning and im still struggling to get back because i used to be able to wake up and be motivated to do stuff and now its harder trying to get back into that but Colie never fails to always get back into that especially with me being a senior too it is a lot more stress

As someone who isn’t religious i still find it comforting to know that I have someone or something watching over me like a deceased loved one, or some kind of guardian spirit I’ve personally always found myself very spiritually connected to nature and animals

your videos make me so inspired, I heard someone say that January is the ‘trial’ month, so it’s okay if you haven’t had everything figured out and if you don’t know how you want your year to go, it’s still okay. i really related to that because going into a new year happened so quickly, and i didn’t know exactly how I wanted this year to go. being able to look back on how i felt in jan, and what i was able to achieve, is really helping me to achieve my goals for/in this month.
