@@bird_up a bare barbell is 50lbs/ 22.7kgs... when you're doing an isolation workout in a different stance, you're moving the focus away from just one group of muscles to many more different, additional groups... barbell punches forces your body to now not only focus on your chest and triceps, but now on your forearms and wrists, your entire back, your core, and adds a HIIT cardio aspect

Back in the 80s and early 90s when I wrestled .. the Russians would come and wipe the floor with us in exebition... Best conditioned athletes on the planet hands down.
@terrykotaku2235 жыл бұрын
It's consistency! And not intensity! Russian athletes do lighter shit but do it 6 days a week. American athletes go hard but train only 3-4 times a week. By the end of the year. Russian athletes will have had 300 workouts vs American athletes with 150-200. That's 100-150 workouts more.

This is common wrestling in season workout. I've done a lot of research on wrestling, books, there's a channel called garage strength, he has wreatling workout vids like this. I'm surprised many think this is some weird type of workout, maybe not many wrestlers in the comments. It's more useful this way for fighting, as opposed to a bodybuilders way of lifting. This is what bruce lee needed, he was busy lifting like a body builder.
