Yeah, let's hope that all Richard's dreams do come true - he has certainly earned any recognition he gets. I also sincerely hope that he never loses his childlike innocence and enthusiasm - it is just so darned appealing!

Congratulations for putting together one of the best fan tribute videos of ANY artist. The music is perfect, the picture selection is excellent, and you did not leave anything out. Kudos for such a top-notch job!

I don't quite understand the "verges on stalking" charge. Actually all these photos appeared on one or more of RA's unofficial fansites, where they are readily available to anyone with an internet connection. Most were taken for publication in the first place. ?? I didn't dig through the man's rubbish bins nor would I! I've been his admirer since 2007 and has become well-versed in his career from the earliest days. Sorry if I sound defensive. I am very proud of vid--and of Richard! A gem.

I like your video very much. The dreamy song and the story you tell in the slideshow create an evocative atmosphere of a "once upon a time" video. "Dreamer" is the perfect choice of music. Mr. A.'s career is definitely a dream come true (for him). Mr. A. is a prince from fairytales tumbled on earth (for all of us, dreaming fans)!

THE best RA video ever, really. And very helpful to see some of the earlier work that's hard to find/unavailable outside of the UK. N/S first interested me. Over time I've seen and loved his other work and have come to respect it and RA as a person. Poss. the most talented actor of our time. I have never before seen someone so totally lose him/herself in a role to the point they are unrecognizable. He does it through expression, action, body language, etc. A true artist and actor among actors. Congratulations again on this work

He also had a two second roll as a Roman in the made for TV movie Cleopatra... He is behind Octavious for two seconds... When I saw him credited with that movie I just about watched the whole thing in slow motion to catch a glimsp of the young version of him... I love these photos... Such a cute gangly boy... Probably the type that everyone (girls) would have overlooked eh?

I don't know this man except from interviews and his incredible body of work, but I'm as proud of him as if he were a member of my own family. And YES he has worked so hard and through some difficult years in which not much was happening. He deserves all the good things now happening for him. Oh, yes, I've been a fan since Guy of Gisborne strode into my life a few years ago. Had to check out his other work--saw N&S, Sparkhouse, and VoD and was completely amazed at his versatility. And he's not bad to look at LOL. I've never looked back!! I own pretty much everything he's done.

I would never dream of stalking Richard. I enjoy admiring and celebrating him from afar. If I get a chance to ever met him, I will simply say, "Thank you for being YOU." He is a very special actor and, I think, human being. Guy was my first character love, too. :D

Ali may have moved them since the last time I was there. Richard Armitage Central also has some of his early stuff at their gallery. The song just screamed "Richard vid" for me. I am all about my role in the fandom being fun for me and for others. I have an RA blog and definitely, if I wasn't having a good time, I wouldn't do it--it's work! @difdrummer I honestly have no idea. The photo was on Richard Armitage Net. He actually appeared in The Phantom Menace but I think it's very brief, like "blink and you'll miss it" brief. But it was enough to earn him as spot in the trading cards! ;) Maybe eBay?

When I look back at how hard and long he has worked to get to this point in his career--yup, i won't deny I get teary, too. I don't know exactly what it is--that innate sweetness of his, the modesty, the child-like sense of enthusiasm linked with a strong work ethic, his "genuineness"-- but we care.

Yes, I actually own Cleo-found it very cheap online. ;) Richard is only reason for me to watch it. It was pretty terrible. ;) But he does look great in a toga and with a Caesar haircut LOL I think one of the reasons RA has such a hard time seeing himself as a sex symbol is he still feels like the tall, gangly beanpole of a kid with the big nose. Oh, my, but he grew into his looks so very, very well. :D

but of course!...he's soo versatile. but, hmmm... i do believe that he is a very gifted actor and i could run down the list of things i admire (to put it mildly) him for but i don't think that talented actors are soo rare - good roles/stories maybe are more rare. but for the sake of my prejudice he can do no wrong.
