A warm welcome to all you new faces here! Please take a moment to subscribe (thank you so much!) and if you're a complete beginner head down to the beginners playlist for a hypopressives taster.
This sequence is a gorgeous advanced flow for your everyday practise with pelvic floor and whole body benefits.
You need to be confident in your hypopressives breath work, foundational and advanced poses before trying this video as it's an advanced hypopressives sequence!

Just done this flow as part of the autumn challenge. If I’m honest I was pretty wobbly going onto my toes but maybe that just means I need more practice? Thank you Alice
