As a cancer survivor I think we just have to heal, and put ourselves out there, give ourselves permission to live again…..you’re doing great!! We need to take more time to appreciate life, friends, family….👏🤗❤️🙏👍🤗❤️🙏👏🤗

I think by your video today and how it spoke to all of us recovering from various treatments and surgery related to cancer and expressing these feelings here shows you have found your voice through your journey which will help so many. You are giving back and I think this is what a cancer journey is all about. I can relate to all that you spoke about as the world is so different now. I am noticing details that I walked by daily that are now popping out at me. Food tastes better and the sun feels warmer. I cry in joy to still be here. Thank you for all Amanda🩵👼🏻🩵

My breast cancer has spread to my lungs and brain and I am feeling the same way. I decided to do treatment and try to live my life as I did before--there is no other way.

I’m so sorry. But u are ABSOLUTELY right. There’s no other way. We keep going. We just keep going, one day at a time. I have active stage 2 triple positive BC. Currently in neoadjuvant chemo with surgery in a month or so. Do you mind if I ask, did u have double mastectomy, reconstruction? How long after BC treatments did u find out it spread to brain & lungs or were u still in BC treatment when u found out about the metastasis?? Sending healing prayers 💗🙏

I have been feeling this very exact same way you have. No I don't have cancer, but I just feel stuck and wanting to change the direction of my life and where it's going. Thank you for your words of wisdom it gives me a lot to think about.

I find myself revisiting this video a lot... Amanda, e erything everything you spoke about here, i too feel,but its been hard for me to put ito words myself. Learning to just slow down and enjoy life my cancer journey has shown me that life is more then meeting deadlines and putting everything into your job I’m a teacher so my job requires to care and take care of others cancer has made me slow down and take care of me

Amanda, this was the best and most relatable video I have ever seen! I know you probably already know this, but even with a partner we can feel incredibly lonely! Maybe it's because it's the wrong partner but none the less, I know many people who feel more lonely around their partner than when they are actually alone :( Anyway.... as you know what you are feeling is so normal and relatable and I appreciate you so much for sharing and making us feel less alone in our loneliness ; ) love you so very much and thank you again so much for this lovely video.... its just what I needed today. I hope you are doing well and feeling better!!!

You're so fortunate to be able to be introspective and question important aspects of your life. It's a gift not everyone has. Sometimes I think I've lived without much introspection and I have regrets about that. ❤

Everything you expressed is normal. Im glad you are making good choices for your new phase in life and most importantly listening. Its a skill all of us should master which will make our lives happier and fulfilled. Often it takes trauma to see we should. You have a lot of good in your future. I had to learn how to say No. Focus on whats best and find that individual balance.🌻

Thankyou for your honesty and your thoughts, they have inspired me to rethink my life. Sometimes we just get swept through life and don’t actually stop to think if it’s making us truly happy or if there is anything we can do to improve anything. Your video is shot really beautifully and I always love hearing what you have to say. You’re a truly inspirational person for me!
