I loved hearing about Flat Layla and seeing all the photos! So much fun! Years ago, my niece sent me Flat Stanley and I took him everywhere and photographed it all…it was a favorite memory for me. And my niece is now 24, time flies! Baby Finn looked adorable in his baby blue outfit…gosh, he’s just so darn CUTE! I’m glad you’re seeing a nutritionist and hoping it helps you, Kayli. 🩷

Having a dietitian is a great idea!! Since my husband became ill I have been eating all of the wrong foods. I'm going to see if my insurance will cover it:) Finn is getting so big!! Cutie!!!

They’re still doing flat Stanley?! I remember doing that when we’re were young (I live in Ontario)! My Stanley went to see my grandma and they took him all over the place lol!

Theres nothing wrong with gaining weight. As long as you're exercising regularly and eating mostly whole foods then you are fine :) Focus on being healthy, not on wanting to lose weight.

Kayli I live in the same town as you. I highly recommend buying meal prep from the company Fresh Prep She has great meals and she also does delivery!
