After watching this episode 20 times I just realized that the actor that played Furfur is the same actor that played Shakespeare in the third episode of the first season. I love this episode. I think this is the episode where Aziraphale really falls in love with Crowley.

The bullet catch: This (below) is from Wikipedia. Crowley and Aziraphale do not use a pane of glass or any object for the bullet to smash to prove they aren't using blanks nor do they mark the bullet to prove there isn't a switch. They use the most dangerous method (of course) to do the trick. _As is often the case with magic illusions, there is no single way the bullet catch is performed. The method used varies from performer to performer. The gun or the bullet is rigged in some way; in the simplest form of the bullet catch, the gun is made to fire blanks, and the target through which the 'bullet' passes is set to destruct using a squib. All the performer must do is keep the bullet in his or her mouth until ready to produce it._ _If the gun is to be loaded in front of the audience, a wax bullet is loaded into the firearm. The spray of liquid wax from the barrel of the gun is enough to break the pane of glass. The magician uses misdirection to exchange the marked bullet with one made of wax and place the marked bullet into his or her mouth._ _Another method when doing the trick with a muzzle-loading gun that is loaded in front of the audience or by an audience member is to have a magnetic, rather than lead, bullet. A small magnet attached to the ramrod pulls the bullet back out immediately after loading. When the magician takes the rod, he or she removes the bullet and transfers it to his or her mouth. In this version of the trick, the gun is always modified, and only simulates firing a shot. This procedure led to most early deaths from this trick and has since been abandoned.* _In cases where the bullet is marked by an audience member, the marked bullet is then transferred to the magician through sleight-of-hand, or similar markings are made on another bullet by an off-stage assistant, who then transfers it to the magician._ *Chung Ling Soo (the stage name of the American magician William Ellsworth Robinson) was killed while performing this trick due to an equipment malfunction. The gun used for the trick was set up to discharge a blank in the ramrod tube below the barrel. However, the gun malfunctioned and the bullet that had been loaded into the main barrel was accidentally fired into Soo's lung.*

Aziraphale messing up and getting nervous whenever he's a magician is the reason he is our adorable happy Cream Puff 💕 The last 2 episodes are a little Crazy for different reasons, so I can't wait to see what you'd think of them!

Furfur was the demon later in the episode. There's a fun headcanon that he has a one sided crush on Crowley. ,,poor old Furfur"😂 I love reactions and I'm really excited to see what you think about the last 2 episodes!

Aziraphale is pretty adorable in this episode. No wonder Crowley can’t resist going through all this for him.

Furfur was the Demon with the camera, Chachi. He thought that if he could prove that Crowley and Zira were working together to The Dark Council, he could get a promotion from admissions in Hell to working in temptations on Earth. As you said, to get out of Hell. Love, love, love your reactions, you are so funny! I can't wait to see your videos for episodes 5 and 6, you are obviously as hooked as the rest of us now! ❤

Don't think it made it into the final cut but one of my fav little moments is Azi's reaction to when Shax says Azi doesn't seem like Crowley's type at all -> 🤨 he is like b*tch that's what you think

May I just say that out of all the reactions I've seen for this series, yours has definitely been my favorite. I also feel you about the episodes being shorter than the first season. If you don't mind me recommending, you should definitely try reading the book, then match it with the audiobook that has Crowley and Aziraphale narrated by Michael Sheen and David Tennant themselves! It would make the adventure with these two longer

People have actually died during the bullet catch, including a white magician who used a Chinese pseudonym.

Of all the reaction videos I've found to GO, yours are the best! You have the most infectious laugh and smile. It's like enjoying the show with a friend. Also, yes, part of the comedy of the zombies is no one notices them! There are several British comedy movies (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) that play on this type of obliviousness.

I think Aziraphale is actually a good magician, but not around Crowley, generally. But when he needs to, he can do it even then.

They could have cut some of the zombie time and added more A/C, but I still love this episode for the most part.

Crowley was so delighted by the spring snake in a box it makes me wonder if he started jumping out at people from biscuit tins after that

Yeh I doubt you'd be able to buy a gun in a magic shop now lol. But this was during WW2.. I love how Aziraphale has that confidence that even if he's rubbish he's still good lol. I wonder if Furfur had a bit of an old crush on Crowley, when he was saying "but we did loads, in the battle, on the plains of Heaven" and Crowley is maybe pretending not to know him??
