I'm diagnosed with treatment resistant depression (antidepressants have failed me thus far to aid me in life). Trance and working out still protect me sometimes from severe episodes. I will bang this tune when I'm going to treatment of esketamine at the hospital. I will see whether it makes the K-hole tolerable.

Trance and Melodic Death Metal are, to me, the 2 perfect genres for ladies voices. Especially those that sound classically trained. (E.g. Floor Jansen.) Just a wonderfully juxtaposed mixture.

I don't agree with this statement entirely. Letting go of the past is good if it means you're not letting it hinder your progress, but not if you forget about all the important lessons you learned along the way, or the important lessons you can learn from the stories of others. Something similar applies to expectations. Unreasonable or groundless expectations you can ignore, but some other expectations have a foundation of experience and wisdom. Just like blindly following others footsteps or directions is wrong, so is completely ignoring that they exist and that they can give you a helping hand in navigating your way through life. Enjoy life, learn from your (and others') mistakes, grow and never give up on becoming the person you want to be. Pay attention, but don't overload yourself. Don't worry about things outside your sphere of influence, keep your eyes on the future and the path you want to take.

I feel this, when ever i have a bad episode i throw on some vocal trance and drift away. Believe its kept me here many times.
