These are the people that will not let our nation develop. You see we praise this man and he knew how to play to the gallery's of gullible Nigerians. He speak from both side of his mouth, and he should not be trusted.

My Learned Brother Silk, Mr. Femi Falana, SAN is absolutely wrong in opposing establishment of state police system. There's no celestial rule that ordains that such a system must be administered or controlled by the Governor of a State. As a matter of fact, a police force is not expected to controlled by the executive branch of government or its head. The police is a security outfit which must be run on the basis of the principle of democratic policing. This principle requires the police to be independent in command or operational matters. The fear of State Police System is therefore based on a very wrong understanding of how a police system should operate or function. The challenge is that many of those opposed to police decentralisation are unable to look at the bigger picture. They're heavily influenced in their thoughts by the unsatisfactory manner by which the police system has operated since the colonial days. These opponents of decentralised policing should gain some understanding of the best practices in effective policing. This will help them out of their present lack of knowledge. The country has suffered too much from wrong-headed policing to afford the kind of opposition that persists against decentralisation of the police system.

Mr . Femi we need State police you are absolutely wrong on this idea how many Nigerians do you what dead before State police establishment? In America we have Federal police , State police , Local police

Do America have Wike who wants to impeach a governor without doing anything wrong..

Abeg don't go there o! Politicians will hijack it. You know State Police will be paid by each state Civil Service which the Governor is the head of. Will anyone be able to challenge a governor? You will just legalise armed thuggery and intimidation. Indigenes will be in the State Police. Hmmm! Which means street cults will just metamorphose... After all, they would be recognised by the State Government.

Is Nigeria America? Wrong comparison all the time without making effort to find out the truth. The political leaders in American usually behave like normal human. They are not as callous, wicked, barbaric, corrupt and wolf in sheep clothing like ours in Nigeria.

It is not fair for Falana to cite certain individuals negatively in a speech and labeled them to be dangerous. What is the point, knowing fully well that such comments will not settle well with the individuals regardless. It is equally dangerous to make such comments.

It is not wrong at all. Let all evil men depart from evil. Their end is very close because things would not continue like this in Nigeria. Thank you!

Mr Falana, you are diametrically wrong regarding the issue of multi-level policing system. You are wrong. You cannot because of two mentally backward arrogant souls you mentioned cast aspersions on good policy such as multi level policing which is the way in all sane and progressive societies.
