I don't see any abnormal confrontation between the service security agencies present at the former governor's home. The only conflict arising from the court order is the penal code of refusing the EFCC from gaining entrance to conduct their court order. The state of Kogi is part of federal capital of Nigeria, thus have a jurisdiction access to conduct covert operations by the federal court of justice. The issue hereby will be met with court setting the charges for refusal of obeying the litigation order. The aforementioned funds belongs to the state, in the first place. So whomever, have proceeded with the fraud claim have to be announced in view of justifying the accused. All involved are prominent lawmakers, so the demands are very high in proportionate to accounting for the misappropriation of state funds. Already the Kogi state high court is in defence of the former governor. This case should stand as an example that no one is above the law in Nigeria. If otherwise, the Kogi state high court had doubts beyond reasonable cause, that honourable YAYA had broken the law, it wouldn't serve an impeachment against the EFCC, but according to the media, this hasn't occurred as precedent to the call for trial.
