A bidet is the answer! I have a squeezable bottle with an angled tip, a portable bidet, and I promise you will never want to be without it after using it regularly. Eliminates odors, just keeps you perfectly clean in a way wipes just don’t measure up. They’re cheap on Amazon, and after purchasing one, the use is free; just water!💧

I’ve been looking for exactly this series so that I can teach my little sister how to keep herself clean. It’s so important to learn as a young girl/lady and save yourself social trauma. Some things I didn’t see mentioned: after delivering my son I was given a squeeze bottle and witch hazel wipes to keep myself fresh down there during bathroom visits so my stitches wouldn’t get infected. I’ve been using those tips for mid day fresh ups ever since!
