I have reached out to you in the past and your experience is accurate and knowledgeable. Your service to the community is excellent in comparison to Fenix technical support, their engineers are afraid to speak with me . With this said I have run into a snag . I have a quad 600 stick and I own the latest lightbar, the Quamtum, my Fenix I, as I try to program the quad it won’t program

can you use other light bars with this Fenix Controller/Relay? I have SpeedTech lights and would hate to have to buy all new lighting

Could you set up the inputs for a horn relay/tone change switch for the passenger?

Yes we could do that... also the newest update allows you to use the horn as a hands free siren! The buttons are also capable of 4 modes allowing you to program 4 siren tones it one button http:swatara.square.site

Another quick question for the programming of a button to be 2,3,4 press does that mean if I program one button for my traffic arrow I’d use a 3 or 4 press program is off one of the programming functions. So one button I’d program left, right and center out then press for off. Hope I’m explaining it correctly

You do not need the GPS and the siren is built in , no need to buy anything other than a speaker! swatara.square.site

Heard for months that this controller was going to solve the problem the quad converters had with syncing ... will the F1 sync 2 or more quad products ? I have a 60 inch quad bar 2 quad 800s in the front bumper and a quad interior bar but the quad converters won't sync all of these ... thanks

@@swatarawarninglights awesome thanks for the reply I've heard so many stories about what it would and wouldn't do lol I got a 60 inch quad a interior quad and 4 quad 800s and still waiting for 2 more 800s 2 on each side and 2 stacked in front bumper ... got all of this back in late December and hooked it all up in the garage on a battery and 4 quad converters and found out it got out of sync in seconds smh I know there's some F1's that needed updates I may wait a few weeks to order one ... already got 12 cannons mounted and 10 QSM's luckily I didn't waste time mounting and wiring the almost obsolete 4200 ... again thanks for the reply

I sent you an email last week, about a spec out and a bunch of questions, not sure if you got it. I am also in the Feniex group on FB, but still waiting for my posts to be approved. I also posted in there with the questions. One of the main question is, If i was to use the Quantum line, does it HAVE to be programmed with the Quantum software? Like I want to use QSSM stuff on the perimeter of the vehicle, but with the programing software for the Feniex One, you can't use both. If you connect Quantum stuff to the serial cables, can I go to the GPL49 bar and program that in the software and will it flash how I have it set up? If not, how do you get the QSSM stuff to sync with the Quantum stuff? On Feniex's demo vehicle, they have everything working together. But all their stuff, and the software says if you activate Quantum Inputs, you can not do Quad. I am really confused how they expect users to use the Quantum line on the F1, with QSSM stuff. I am hoping the Quantum 600, 800, Interior Bar and the Lighters will just flash how you set them under the Quad menu, so you can activate QSSM zones with them. Also how do you get Steady Burn red and blue on the QSSM stuff at full brightness? Use flood and set the color? Same with the 600 stick and the bar? I know in one of your other videos you mentioned that setting it at cruise 100% is not the full brightness. I have a bunch of other questions but this is the main stuff I have questions on from playing around with the software for the F1.

So if I have 6 quad surface mount lights do I just tie them all into one input? And will I be able to change things like the color when I do this?

No you can only change color when programing the unit , you can select as many modes as you want though with multiple colors , if you have regular surface mounts those can only be tied into the 12v outputs and not the data nodes for the lightsticks and lightbars , in order to get data controlled surface mounts we just take apart lightsticks and extend the wires

@@Jacob-mm8xq you could change the color through reprogramming through the computer software or you could use a quad converter which is a lot quicker of a way to change the color on the go , both ways work well and it depends on whether you want all the functionality of the Feniex One or the less but still very functional Quad converter

But can you program it so you can run each module independently for color, for example quad 400 stick can you have blue, red, blue, red for each module while it’s flashing

You can use the dual color feature and get close to that with some of the patterns thought swatara.square.site

Question, I see that you have the controller wire connected to the relay. Does this hive to be connected to program or an you have just the controller connected to the computer? I have Fi controller that has ben giving me several issues. Feniex has ben great and is sending me a new one, just want to make sure I am programming it correctly.

No you should not have to have the controller connected to program the Feniex One
