hey guys! yes it’s sofia from this video. i just wanted to say that i read these comments and my heart goes out to the ones that have gone through similar things. yet although i’m now 17 i’m still a kid and even with the love, the hate can overpower it. please don’t make assumptions about my life or the things i said. please don’t comment on my appearance or family. and please don’t call me a “moron” or anything like that when you don’t know the full story in the slightest. this was also over a 3 hour interview and was pieced together in a way abc thought would be good.

I accidentally overdosed on half a perc 30 last week. I couldn’t hear, I was coughing up blood, I couldn’t stop throwing up, and I was turning blue. I laid there for hours knowing I was dying before finally telling my parents (i’m 17) I slept for 3 days straight and could barely breathe when I came home from the hospital. I truly never want to get high again on anything. I am lucky I didn’t die during those hours of laying there. I was so scared and in so much pain. Please don’t do it. Please don’t take pills.

I started doing drugs since my teenage. Got addicted to fentanyl for over 6 years. Fentanyl addiction actually destroyed my life. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 2 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Being a dispatcher would be so scary. Not being able to be there and hearing the panic in the callers voices. Huge thank you to dispatchers.

As an addict I hope this is her wake up call but you never know honestly I’ve been through just about every bad outcome and nothing was a wake up call I just eventually was so so tired

So many people in the comments that have overdosed or know of someone that overdosed is overwhelming.. my goodness. I have a toddler and this is terrifying.

My only child was murdered by Fentanyl. Please keep telling your story sweetheart.

Thank you so much, Sophia, for getting the warning out. My daughter died from taking a hydrocodone pill, she did not know was laced with fentanyl. The guy left her there to die, didn’t call 911.

This is crazy but I recognize this girl. She briefly worked at a restaurant with me, and then just disappeared. My manager actually had the police do a wellness check on her because we all just had a feeling that she was struggling. What are the odds that this video popped up and I watched it? Sophia I’m glad you’re alive!

Sophia has deeper issues than drug use if she's sitting in her room bored and her go-to pastime is hard drugs. There's underlying issues that are pushing her in that direction, and they must be addressed while she's young, before she completely destroys her life with drug addiction.

This honestly makes me emotional, having experienced family members overdosing from fentanyl is heartbreaking. You can only imagine what the dad was going through when he realized his daughter took that. He probably still worries to this day hoping she doesn’t, really isn’t a good feeling.

I've been pain medication free for nearly 9yrs. I suffer from chronic pain called RSD I refuse to take pain medication. After quitting meds after 12 years of use is one of the best things I did. My prayers are with everyone🙏🙏🙏
