The term entry level is not an easy fit when it comes to Ferrari, even cars at the starting end of the line up are far from affordable for most of the world's car buying population.
The Roma though is intended to represent a less intimidating more usable introduction into Ferrari ownership, a doorway into the exclusive world of Maranello magic.
And so to find out what it is like to step into this rarefied world of the Italian thoroughbred car, why not join me Roger Bailey on my Ferrari journey of discovery.

It takes a Roger Bailey video to make me realise I want a Roma! Since this came out it never really grabbed my attention. Saw plenty of these in London but didn't bat an eyelid. Tbh I think it's also the muted sound. The first thing I'd do if I got one of these is look for a decent exhaust. But some of the angles here just capture the Roma at its best, as well as seeing it in red for the first time. Nicely put together film as always Roger.

I can remember Jayemm once suggesting that you do this as a hobby.... i thought at the time it was unnecessary for him to say that ....looking at the production of your videos it is clear a lot goes into your work and you know your stuff... i hope you gain more viewers.... I recently test drove the Roma both on track and on the road..... I spent around 6 hours in the car and agreed with nearly all of your commentary....The car drives amazingly well and is remarkably easy to live with....it is exquisitely beautiful to look at although I was disappointed with the interior....The big question for me is am I prepared to spend circa 230k on a car that practically drives itself irrespective of my driving talent...I'm afraid only if I was rich and i'm not... Well done....good work .

I love the looks of this *_non vented, drop dead gorgeous, engineering masterpiece of delight_* from Ferrari. Just a shame about the rain. _But what else do you expect from being in Wales?_ 🤔🤔💧☂😬 However. The car didn't make this video. The seamless editing did along with the music. _And... I suppose the car added a little to it too_ 8-))... Nice one Mr. RB. 👍 Your No1 Stalker ;-))...

Very nice video; although old Enzo is nog among us any more he of all people would be very proud of this Roma as some design elements reminds us of the first Jaguar E-type, of which Enzo once said he thought it the "most beautiful car in the world" as it was introduced by William Lyons in 1961

the Roma wins on looks and exclusivity, Vantage is brutish, however the Porsche Turbo S is the better drive of all and would get my money

Beautifully shot video and very well presented, but I feel it should have been far more objective, I initially thought this was a dealer promotional video. I drive a Roma and trust me they are not without their faults, particularly the laggy infotainment and cheap plastics in part. That said it is a beautiful car on the outside and a lot less gaudy than other sports cars ie Lamborghini 🤮

saw one in white at a car show at a ferrari dealer recently. boy oh boy, that car is seductive. it stands in defiance against the face of the extra complicated and trendy design language that plagues today's car design. Take BMW as an example of a historically beautiful car maker, turned trendy and gimmicky- completely overwriting their design heritage in favor of the trend of "make the headlights smaller, make the grille bigger, and don't forget to add more fake vents and meaningless body lines"

The most disappointing Ferrari I’ve yet to drive. Had one for a couple of days when my 812 was in for service. Might go down ok with “new to the brand”, but it’s gone down terrible with existing owners. The engine sound drones too much when tootling about and the laggy, frustrating interface and touch sensitive buttons - my goodness what were they thinking off. Oh and the tiny boot. If I’d dropped £200k on one of these I’d be gutted. Much better with a used F12 or Portofino with this budget.

I agree, I have a Roma myself after owning both the V12 & V8 DB11 and I feel the AM were better cars and certainly better grand tourers.
