There have been at least 3 others..."The Eleventh Hour" where Matt, Karen, Arthur AND Steven Moffat tweeted along - that was SO much fun to read the banter tweeting between them all. They also did "The Doctor's Wife" and "Vincent and the Doctor". I am so enjoying these tweet-alongs!

This speech gains even more weight after the Timeless Child reveal - even despite all the Doctor's lives, it's still the infinity of lost opportunity that proves too much for the star.

No, because Moffat decided that a fucking leaf has more memory than the Doctor. Like wtf 😂

@@georgelinford5576 It's not that the leaf has more memory - it symbolises the memories Clara didn't get to make with her mother, because she died when Clara was still young. Those infinite possibilities outweigh all the length of the Doctor's life.

@@georgelinford5576 Thank you! And yeah, I see what you mean, but I suppose it was his memories that the Doctor was offering. Had he offered his lost opportunities (even just from the girl in the fireplace), then I'd understand it.

Really surprised to see this episode get the rewatch treatment. It's one of my favourites but I always felt it was a bit underrated, particularly the ending. Glad to see it's been picked, but I'm always slightly afraid to rewatch it because of the such strong FEELS it gives me!

Just for a speech and to introduce the regeneration theme of the 11th Doctor doing a whole episode a little bit overkill. Also common a leaf? A LEAF HAS MORE STORY IN IT than the Doctor? I enjoyed the episode though but I can not decide if I loved it or hated it ...A LEAAAAAAAF!!!

The music was brilliant and because I think 7B is when Matt Smith shines the most, his acting is amazing too. One of my favourites.

Really? This epsiode? It's ok I suppose, the speech is good, but it's not like we've run out of incredible episodes to watch. Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead? Bad Wolf/The Parting of the Ways? World Enough and Time/The Doctor Falls? Flatline? Blink? The Girl Who Waited?

I think they're trying to space out the Moffat and the RTD episodes so they don't have to keep bothering them to think of things to tweet every week. Also, I think this is more of a celebration of Murray Gold. He considers it some of his best work which is why he's tweeting. Plus, Borna's Long Song cover is tomorrow, too.

Yay! We get to watch a banana get called the Grandfather while the main villain is the sun from 42! Is that right, I forget. All I know is that there was a child from a Hoix and Hath relationship. I remember that I was excited for this story as: 1: I thought the Doctor was regenerating 2: When I heard there was a mummy, I thought, "OMG! A mummy! We haven't had one of those since Pyramids of Mars" (Yes, I thought it was going to be something to be with Pyramids of Mars, but I was just a kid) I don't particularly have anything for or against this story, so... …and a happy rewatch to all at home who like this story!

I think the correct word is divisive. Like not Hell Bent/The Timeless Children level divisive, but yknow what I mean Like a lot of people love this episode, and most of us hate it but think the speech is fine
