I still love this song but man between the whole Captain Smith & Pocahontas when we now know the real story, and that Romeo and Juliet were teenagers...well, this song as aged as well as "My Man". For those who don't know, that one has lyrics such as, "He isn't true/He beats me, too/What can I do?" and "What's the difference if I say/I'll go away/When I know I'll come back on my knees some day/For whatever my man is/I am his/Forever'. And no, those lyrics weren't really okay back then, either.
