Another increase day. A hard hitting realisation about the effects of anorexia on my body. A good conversation with mum. A lot of changes coming up 😣
A new dinner too!

You have grown so much! That frustration at your mom was 100% the Ana, not you. And the fact you were able to take a few minutes to reflect and have a change of heart shows so much growth! You’re taking away it’s power 1 bar at a time. The anorexia is getting weaker as Fi grows stronger and stronger 😎

Having followed you from the start, I can really see how much your mental clarity has improved. Taking challenges head on, fighting back against the ED, realising how to get better, I am so very proud of how hard you are trying, and I can't wait until we see the Fi you were before this. Love and hugs xx

Watching you take control of your mental health is so awesome. It takes so much strength of character to step back and realize it's not Fi getting angry with your mother, it's the illness. I know this is exhausting for you, but you are so much stronger now than you were back in the hospital, or when you first got home. You still have a long way to go and yes you have to keep your focus and strength up, but you have also come so far and that's something to be celebrated.

The past is behind and there's nothing you can do to change. But you have control on your present, and with all struggles, you are hitting goals, you are evolving, you are forgiving yourself. And even if you have days when you don't FEEL powerful, remember that YOU ARE. No matter how you feel about it or yourself, you are fighting. That's effing courage!

I wonder if those protein donuts would be good for dipping in tea if they're that dense. Or a good coffee. Might be delicious. Glad you're being honest about how tough it is. That is so hard. Keep at it, you're kicking so much ass!

Try that Plantur 39 shampoo for your hair. My mum recently had a 2wk spell in hospital and was really poorly. As she recovered her hair started falling out badly and this shampoo pretty much stopped it

@@sadieherbert1963 Most people don’t understand eating disorders. They confuse it with a friend who just lost 20 pounds and are insulted if nobody notices and makes a big deal out of it. Let’s normalize all shapes and sizes and stop worshiping thin supremacy. Nobody knows the agony, anxiety self-loathing and shame both thin and heavier people go through over their bodies.

I notice the nutritionist is having you eat protein bars for snacks. Personally, I hate those. They are just glorified candy bars. I’m not surprised you’re struggling to eat them. Do you ever cook? There are so many great recipes online! The only complete proteins are meat, fish/seafood and poultry. You probably need to get more complete proteins in your diet to stop losing your hair. Do you take vitamins? It’s important to take a daily multivitamin. I love gummy vitamins! I take gummy multivitamins, a lot of vitamin D, and Biotin for strong nails and healthy hair. I highly recommend these! For snack we love cracker with cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers and a spritz of lemon juice! It’s so good we also eat organic apple slices dipped in organic honey peanut butter!!! I’m just wondering if you could choose snacks you prefer to protein bars.
