4:48 Pretty certain this is mistaking the effect of reinforcement with fibres. The main reason fibres are used is Crack control, Increase of permeability and Impact durability, I don't think you'll get very far increasing a beam's span if you add some fibres...

You should use Twisted Steel Micro Rebar (TSMR) instead of fibre/fiber. TSMR is a discontinuous reinforcement like fibre however it maintains it's tensile capacity just like rebar does. It has been used in hundreds of project where it has completely replace rebar in structural concrete... including fully suspend concrete.
