Nice tree with reliably perfect leaves, my only problem would be having it so close to the house. It's going to be all over that house someday.

@@ScaryHairyGary It should have been. By the way, I thought your intro for the previous vlog featuring the casa was super creative. I really liked the combo of the Mexican soundtrack- roof mounted camera - surfboards and driving into the twilight lighting! And the suspense of the leaves and branches slapping the fins along the way.

The roof mounted camera was me riding the bumper and holding on for dear life getting smacked by from fronds

That rubber tree produces no fruit , I would yank it and plant a Gordo Grag avocado tree the leaves are just as pretty and you get hughe fruit to feed the locals or suffer guest.
