I'll get back to you on this one, it's a question I tried to cover but cut out the video because I was making assumptions. My initial thoughts are don't got overboard, your console will see you go close to the potential and probably think "my work is done"

@@butttbiter If you enhance the trainable attributes too quickly this will make them reach their potential sooner at the sacrifice of non-trainable attributes that develop gradually over time, many of which are important physical ones.

I very often search for physically strong youth players, its much easier to train up the other attributes. It's such a relief getting youth players with over 70 stamina and high physicals even if the rest of their stats are crap.

Advice for me, (I’ve gotten my entire team 90+ rating on previous fifas, you have to give up your feelings and sell your players, start your youth players, train them till they get to at least 70-75, give them a decent contract during these times as he gets better, and it’s a hustle but in year 20fuckjng27 or 2029 your team will be the goats. Idk I love making youth teams

As promising some of these changes are.. I still can't help but feel disappointed in that it looks like name variations among youth academy players seems to be minor, just as last year. I really wish there was more name diversity, or even give us the option to change names in edit player, that would be awesome.

I train my guys and they get great quickly but.......when I sign them after their first contract runs out I get terminated. Its usually year four and my first year in the premier league after climbing the tiers. I like building up small clubs but when I sign my 90 goalie thats 19 years old for 6k per.....I shouldnt be getting fired

One thing I didn't like was Bayern Munich and Bayern Munich II. When you try to sign a youth player from the youth academy team it's like the senior team has never seen the youth team before and you actually have to pay money to sign your youth player.

As for where to scout for certain types of players you have to combine the position probabilities with the region probabilities. As such Argentina and Brazil are vastly better for regions for scouting wingers than Asia since 30% of 15 % is much greater than 40 % of 1 %. The positional probabilities within each region only shows what types of players are most likely to be platinum in that region, not how likely platinum players are overall. This means: Brazil and Argentina are the best place to scout for Goalkeepers, Technically gifted, Wingers and Attackers Central Europe is best for Defensive minded and Playmakers Africa is best for Physically strong. Despite Spain, Italy and Portugal being the second best region in terms of overall chance of platinum players, the distributions mean that the region doesn't come out on top for any specific player type. Another noteworthy thing is that it's impossible to get platinum playmakers from Africa. This is quite strange, and when you realise that Playmakers are termed Mentally_Strong in the game files, you have to wonder what the rationale behind that decision was. Especially since you can get any type of platinum player in all other regions.

There were so many bugs with Fifa 19 career mode that I will wait a few months before starting to play it. On Fifa 19, I had to bear that annoying bug that would schedule two games for the same day!

Aldi Aquila I always make sure the team I’m loaning them out to will actually give them some playing time. So if Real Madrid wants to loan your 75 ovr player, I’d say hold out for a better option. That generally works for me

I think the question we all want answered, is the name pool bigger this year. Just seems so lazy of ea to only have about 15 first and last names for each country and then share them with other countries. One of the biggest pet peev's of mine about career mode.

Look I'm having this issue lots of the time my youth player has a potential of 79-90 or something like that but min potential is slightly below 80 and then when I promote them and i check there status it says at the club since even though there max pot is like 90 something

@@butttbiter that sucks so much .. and the worst is that the pool of first names already exists. I remember creating a player myself and giving it a name back in Fifa 18. And his name was spoken correctly in Career Mode. But they can't get youth academy names... It basically destroys the game. It's cool to play with a big team, but it's better to get the lowest team ever, built it over 3-4 seasons with youth players and win the CL.

@@raphmateus this is the first FIFA I've played since 13. The way the career mode in general was marketed made out like the complexity of the game had come a much further way since then. It hasn't. I'm enjoying it, but the press conferences are repetitive and uninspired, and my manager doesn't look anything like what I want him to.
