Best FIFA 22 Career Mode High Potential Young Players Under 23 to Buy. All of these players are relatively cheap (Almost everyone is under $20 Million at the start of career mode) but have the potential to grow above 80 overall. Keepers, strikers, wingers, CMs, CDMs, CAMs, fullbacks, and centerbacks, I took the top 3-4 in each position and did a player growth test by simming ahead 5 seasons and seeing how much the develop with the new Dynamic Potential system. so many of these players have reached their potentials or exceeded them in my career mode. I am 8 seasons in and many of these guys have been on my radar just from searching for world class players. I haven't used as many of these guys, but moriba and scally were reliable squad players. Gvardial and wirtz are absolute beasts though; so fun to use.

Almada was literally my favorite career mode player like everytime I would take finesse with him, it would literally go in defying the laws of physics

I think the two celtic wingers are excellent options too, Jota: 24, 75 ovr can get up to 96 and a value of about 10 mil, need to wait for a loan to run out though. The other is Liel Abada: 19, 73 ovr (i think) not sure how high he can get but im sure its close to 90 value of 5 - 7.5 mil and can sign immediately.

Definitely try Facundo Farias from Colon, because he is an absolute beast. He starts off with a 74 rated player with 86 pace and 81 dribbling, and I used him in my create a club series, and I signed him in the first season and he finished off with a 96 rating with 99 accelaration, 99 sprint speed, 99 ball control, 99 stamina, 98 attacking positioning, and 98 reactions in the end of the 4th season. Oh yeah and also since I dont have latest squads he started off with a 72 rated.

There’s one striker from Santos of Brazil is named Luimo Boa Santos, starts at 79 and is only 21 years old he’s being doing fantastic job for me

FWIW if you actually play matches & train your players (simming training only after achieving an A or B) your players will be MASSIVE in 18 months. FIFA rewards you for actually playing vs skipping. Also the loaning trick still works for a quick perma-boost

I've found that if players are 17 and are 72+ rated player, and they get regular play time then they will just go up like a rocket

Adeyemi is absolutely class to sign. Been so since fifa 20, i signed him on there once and in 5 seasons he went from 69 to 95. In fifa 22 i got him and am still in s1 but hes perfoming amazingly well

Micky van de Ven is a really good CB, starts at 68, grows to about 84 before dynamic potential. Hes at Wolfsburg and starts at ~$3M

Another cheaper alternative for a striker (that you should train into a winger) is akinkunmi amoo, from Hammarby IF. He is a real speed demon aswell!

if you want a good goalkeeper who is young and high pot i recommend starting your career or getting a manager job at psg, a goalkeeper they have is like 23 his name is donnarumma, so far i barely started career not even completed 2 seasons and donnarumma is 93 overall.

You should try Kozłowski at CAM. 17 y/o, 68 OVR, 85 POT, 3m in cash and from weak league so you can get him even while playing in League Two oon restricted transfers.

Mohamed-Ali Cho is an absolute class player. Starts at a 70 at 17 and within 5 or 6 seasons you can get him to a 96-97

I have Adam Hložek on 90 ovr, and i sell him for 200 000 000 € to PSG. I can recommend training it at 90 ovr and then selling it at a high price.

Benjamin sesko is an absolute sleeper. Costed me abt 1.7 mil on a derby county rebuild. He’s 22 now 93 ovr worth 167 mil.

If you’re looking to a from scratch build a team and need a striker hlozek is the best option. Managed to sell him for over 100mil the following season

I know it's a videogame but HOW IN THE HELL DID GEDSON FERNANDES GET ALL THIS LOVE FROM ELECTRONIC ARTS!?!?! IRL he's been an invisible man since he was loaned to Tottenham in 2020. AT BEST I'd rate him as an a 72 player and yeah, maybe he can get better but like maybe to a 78 or 79. Also while we are talking about Spurs, Dane freaking Scarlett turns into an absolute BEAST with an 86 potential. Decently fast at the start with a 3/3 weak foot and skill rating but if you play him and train him he will easily bag you 20 goals per season before he turns 20.

I bought Wirtz in two different career modes and in the first one he was incredible. I began the other career mode after the December update and I don’t find his quality to be as good as it was but he’s still a great player to have as a backup

Gvardiol and other players with 'š or č' in their names are all mispronounced by you, since Joško or Hložek should be pronounced like Joshko or Hlozhek.
