What if you knew that the way to access the very best in yourself - the light side of your humanity - was by facing your darkness?
One of the most powerful turning points in life comes when we begin to understand the shadow as a great teacher. In darkness, it waits for the light of our own awareness - to be seen, heard, understood, and embraced. And as we learn to accept and care for all parts of ourselves, we grow and evolve into our best selves.
Gradually coming to love the shadow gives us access to the wisdom that it holds for us at its core - the secret gems we find when we dare to open the hidden door of the shadow.

As always amazing work. I have been watching your videos for a while now and they are so helpful in forming perspective. I have one request that if possible can you please include some people, in their 20s and 30s who are having life journeys that can show perspectives. I feel lot of viewers may be in that phase of life, and including their perspective will make it even more relevant to reach to lot more people as people in 20s and 30s have different concerns and would highly benefit from your work.

It is absolutely not easy to live with depression. Those people like Darleen who are aware of this situation but find alternative ways to go to the light and cope with it are to be admired. Because those of us who have gone through a time of depression and have overcome it are on the conscience of those who live for life with this ups and downs. My respect and admiration to Darleen. After putting a friend to her final rest just yesterday, I am deeply moved by this video. Although I felt darkness from not spending more time with her, you have given me an opportunity to see that she has moved on. She was a kind soul, one that was not easily understood by many people. Very very few people in her life did she ever say were bad. And when she was happy, she would light up a room. She has become that angel to me, that piece of light that allows me to see through the darkness. And this video has secured that feeling for me. Thank you so very much for it.

My goodness! She so reminds me of my sister and I. I am the disco ball and my sister the hazard light. My sister suffers from depression from time-to-time and probably a little every day. It is something hard for me to understand as I am never depressed. We see things so differently. I believe each day, no matter how hard, is a new opportunity to learn, live and love. She sees it as a burden. My prayers and love go out to Daleen and others who suffer depression...especially my sister. Thank you, GR.

I've watched enough of these inspiring videos that I'm beginning to recognize the places in which they are filmed by small details. South Africans seem to really enjoy dogs and cats! And they are all usually allowed to be indoors. Some people reference their bible or other spiritual book but lately I have been seeking out new videos from Green Renaissance and sharing them with friends.

This video helped me more than I can say. These past 3 years have been like a rock falling from the sky on top of me. The loss has been tremendous. But, what I found is that God; Jesus, and my angels (my loved ones passed over) are still there for me. I found driftwood art and started to create. That started to heal me. I must now wait until spring and have to find money to buy a dremel so that I can get back to healing. Thankyou. Thank you, Thank you.
