@@marion2863 But then again, everybody with Hyper!Dust!Elmo earned that power. BECAUSE I CAN'T BEAT PHASE 2 GOD DA- Edit: I beat Phase 2 and I now have Hyper!Dust!Elmo. And honestly imo, he is pretty balanced for a 1 star character. I'm not saying he isn't OP, but he is balanced in terms of 1 star characters. Most others are either better in certain scenarios like Evil!Sans; or some have OP potential, like the Batter.

I once had a friend of lad to get extremely salty that I killed him with Dearest, he proceeded to use hyper dust, ‘it’ chara, insanity elmo, etc. He died every single time and rage quit, and I was Clover when fighting him- Had a 1v3, and still won.
