𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: For those of you who want better instructions or can't understand my shitty voice, I made custom subtitles that explain it much clearer than I do in the video. I HIGHLY recommend turning them on! If you are on mobile or have a controller, you are at a significant advantage in phase 2 platforming. Despite this, the strategy is the same regardless of your device, it's just easier to spin in circles on a joystick than with WASD.
Also I'm hoping to learn how to edit videos more professionally in the near future, I'm beginning to enjoy this hobby. The next tutorial on my list is Old Insanity, which is a pretty easy fight actually. If you can't beat Hyper!Dust, Old Insanity is a much easier (though more annoying) fight.

This is a complete, detailed walkthrough for Hyper!Dust Elmo, the final special boss in UTMD. This boss is easily the hardest boss, requiring insane timing and confidence. It's arguably the most fair fight in terms of rng, but by all means that does not make this easy. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟐 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐊𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭.
Completing these bosses gives you a badge, and each badge will be used to unlock a special character in Lads new game, FIGHT!
Hyper!Dust Elmo is hard. You will struggle, and maybe even rage quit a few times. When I first started doing these bosses, I told myself I would NEVER get here, that I'd never be that good. But I learned quickly that these fights are only impossible if you believe they are. You just need determination, and a good gaming chair.

Thanks for noticing. I'm looking forward to growing this channel. Though I haven't fully decided what I will do when I finish all the walkthrough videos. Perhaps I will make boss videos on other roblox games, or maybe I will make showcases, or... idk- I have lots of time to think about that thankfully.

@@cosmic6390 I've only experienced it twice before. I don't know whether this is lag or a bug. It very easily might be a bug that is caused by lag.

ok this helped a lot i haven't finished the fight yet but still however one strategy isn't great using a controller on the phase 2 platforms when you are so used to keyboard and mouse but other then that all of the strategy in this were good and helped

another reccomendation for the sideways pencils that rapidly go up and down, if you can jump right at it's peak at a certain distance away from the pencil, and jump with the same distance you can go over 2 pencils at once, really helpful in phase 2. If you want a visual representation, turning on shadows can help you find the distance, by standing where the shadow is when it rises.

And for the normal and blue spinner, going through the left is viable via some patience. You jump in front of the spinner and wait for the regular colored one to sweep by, and then you jump and barely tap W. It's important to move at the PEAK of your jump, so you won't be hit by the blue pencil. If you aren't confident, you can move after jumping over any amount of regular pencils. Just be patient and cautious.

@@noway0812 ye it is, I'd just reccomend practicing all of chapter 1 until you beat it, and then use the tutorials from goldendude so you can beat everything except old insanity elmo

in phase 1 after the last pencil spin before the 3 side pencils you can fit in the gap in between the side pencil and the pencil spin however the gap is very tight so if your not very thin you will get hit so try at your own risk but it can help a bit

Trick for rising platforms I use:count to 2.5 seconds, if the blue wall is far or just went away, go. For phase 2, same thing, but wait until you are facing right of the platform(cant really explain it)

The video is officially finished. Sorry that took so long, I had a lot of work to do and also got my wisdom teeth removed. I hope this video can help you overcome this fight. You'll still have to put a lot of time and effort into this, as it is a very difficult boss. This video cannot make you any better, but rather it is designed to give you more confidence and a better understanding of what to do. I will be doing a tutorial on Old Insanity Elmo next. After that is probably Evol Dust, but I'm not entirely decided on that yet. Don't worry, pretty much every boss by Lad (Excluding Error Elmo) is easier than this fight. Just as a friendly reminder, to unlock this boss you must finish both Chapter 2 and Dustbelief Kermit.

The platforms in phase 2 give me the most trouble throughout the entire fight, I'm able to do it, it's just that I panic too much and end up off the platforms because of me spinning too much.

That's my next video planned. I'm not sure when I should do it since I sound a bit fucked up with my wisdom teeth out. Old insanity is easier than kermit imo so it won't be too bad. If you feel discouraged keep in mind that phase 2 is literally just phase 1 but darker. The pencils are placed in such a way that they don't do anything. It's basically the exact same thing.

Funny enough, I got to the point where everything is easy except phase 2 platforms (btw for phase 2 blue and normal spinner go right and jump as soon as the first regular tip comes at you, and time jumps a little bit)

Old insanity, then Evol Dust. Evol dust is a huge project, not because of the difficulty but because of how chaotic and long it is, which makes doing a walkthrough on it REALLY difficult.

at the final attacks (after the platforms) your probably very tired take a break if you need to cause you might be a bit panicky after that so just calm down before taking on the final attacks unless you work really well under that feeling then just do it

Send it to the mods in the discord. If you want I can send it for you if you upload it to yt or streamable or something and get your account verified as video proof. They hold a very strict policy for those who don't have video proof. Trust me, you don't wanna know what happens if you beat it without proof.
