One guy had athletic ability and speed, the other guy had something you just can't get in the gym
@JamesJones-gb3zp9 ай бұрын
I think it was his strategy. Dude had started gazing out his punches weren’t landing right. He waited until fatigue set in that way the guy would have less speed, power, and not thinking as clearly

He was also defending and covering up well. The other guy was throwing a lot but not much of it was landing. You can tell by the winner’s face. Guy who lost also got burnt out on the guillotine attempts.

His defense was actually pretty good. Many of his opponent's blows didn't land cleanly, and he rope-a-doped him effectively. The ref didn't seem to realize this. After the fight, he didn't really have a mark on him. He was just biding his time and waiting for the openings he needed.

agreed there are many times in all levels of fighting that I see refs sometimes IMO call the fight early. Like if there's a clear mismatch and there's utter dominanation that's one thing, but other times its like just let it play out for another 30 seconds or so.
@wittyjoker463110 ай бұрын
That's not a comeback, that's a game plan. Dude was throwing full power against guard tired himself out. Other dude never looked worried or pressed and saw his opponent getting tired and slow with every strike. I imagine there was distinct drop in power as well. Game plan not a come back.

the black guy punched himself out while doing no damage like an idiot. anyone whos even somewhat competent defensively will beat a spaz like him. there's a reason that pros dont just swing wildly at their opponents forearms like that. then he took one punch and immediately gave up his back and tapped in 3 seconds. no heart and no skill.
