You can't tell your body "Only grow this much muscle during strength and conditioning". Jared Cannonier,Paulo Costa,Marvin Vettori,Yoel Romero all 185ers and all insanely huge and more jacked than any of these guys and way heavier

Damn those some longass breaks between rounds. Good solid scrap, both showed heart. Can you imagine if elite pro fighters were given breaks that long though? That would be insane. With pro conditioning levels, they'd all be just as fresh in the fifth round as they were in the first.

Man. Increasing quality and skilled fighters presents problems for the organisers (who do a brilliant job). Heavy, accurate headshots are a real danger and if it gets too heated it might need more than 1 person to seperate the big boys. Great fight and respect between these two men.

Ken and ryu. This was was amazing the rematch tho. I think you caught hing off guard with the power. I saw the spirit droppe out of a fighter. Then we saw his instincts his muscle memory and his heart. He was gett drug around like a rag doll that first round. But it ended with this mann taking knees up agai s the cage . pure warrior
