Bivol hasn't knocked anyone out in 6 fights. What's more, he's only had his opponents rocked on a few occasions over those 6 fights and never once moved in for the kill. If Bivol decides to try to take Canelo down, he'll be fighting completely different than he has in the last 5 years. So yeah, of course everyone is sleeping on Bivol. His fights have been a snooze fest.
