The Plaintiff is my cousin and I can most definitely say that he is a very good father. He has a little girl now & when I tell you that this man lives for his children. We do not live in the same town but, every time I receive a visit from him (very family oriented man) it is because he is either picking up or dropping his son off (2 hr drive). We did not grow up together, but he always makes sure that he visits when he comes this way, & calls every holiday & birthday. Awesome dude...+ he can throw down in the kitchen! :).

I can't stand a trifling "mother" using their children as pawns. It hurts the children most. He needs to get the court to establish a third-party handoff so he doesn't have to deal with her. She is jeopardizing her future relationship with her son. I know how hurtful this is because my mother gave my father a HARD time to see my brothers and I. When someone's whole family says they're a child molester, as a mother you never feel comfortable letting your child be with them.
