Loctite needs about 24 hours to properly dry. I use a few methods. Superglue with kicker can be used, but is fragile. A very thin sliver of electrical tape, placed in the area of the female threads, and then the screw driven down onto it will jam threads fairly sell, and is removable. I am unsure if that will work on the super fine threads of an N10/N20/N30 gearbox.

if there's space, and weight budget, a couple of locknut tightened against each other should prevent the screw backing out. I'd guess the loctite isn't grabbing properly on the plastic or something along those lines, so using an insert may also help

Can you put a second nut on the back side of the gearbox? You could just put a plate over the screws that snaps over them.

Just add hot glue over those screws

Dip into some epoxy for a more permanent screw.
