@@prefix253 I wouldn’t say that, if he fell off track almost immediately after the start of his career, as you say, that’s kind of irreconcilable with having one of the greatest work ethics of any athlete in history. He had one short period of being a committed trainer and that was specifically when he had a hardcore disciplinarian basically raising him, kudos to him for training that hard, but the minute that was taken away he showed zero ability to retain that commitment on his own.

Then why would you let a week go by without 5 workouts MINIMUM which are absolutely crucial to your health?"

Something that helps me with consistency is doing the things I hate over and over and over until I genuinely start to like doing it. Used to hate working out, I used to hate reading, I used to hate giving my all into ANYTHING and I told myself I would do it everyday and since then I look forward to doing these things.

You have to wake up at 3 AM. I get some green tea going with honey and lemon, dunk my face in a bowl of ice water, get dressed, pray, stretch, drink my tea, smoke a little cannabis, get my house key, some tissue paper to blow my nose, my music is ready, and my Running app that calculates my distance is ready, usor e the bathroom, I had probably pasta the night before, sometimes I take water coconut water, or tea, with a little bit of salt in it, but it’s the hardest thing in the world for me. Tomorrow will be my fourth day in a row, this is my second week running four days in a row , next week I run five days in a row. I’ve been running for 11 weeks consistently and I have 38 activities. At first, I started with 3 miles and 5 miles and then six and then seven and then I got up to 8 miles, then I went back down to seven. I’m trying to go to bed early today. I already took some Zzzquil. I haven’t taken a running gel but I recommend it around the 40 minute mark is what I heard. First try a few of them until you find one you like. But you probably won’t need one if you run 10 miles I would say yeah take one. Three to five a.m. is the hour of the tiger. Musashi wrote his book of five spheres at that time.
