Greg often makes the argument that, there is absolutely no reason why x person wouldnt be taking steroids because they dont compete, and looking good would benifit their job or their life somehow. But this completely ignores the fact that the vast majority of people think taking steroids is bad, harmful to the body, consoder it cheating to build a physique using drugs, and it's not very socially acceptable. All of these reasons to not take steroids usually trump the desire to be have a bit more muscle

@@3rdeyemang you’re the only one saying don’t try I’m just trying to not let people get massively high hopes then be let down when they realise they don’t look like their favourite fitness influencer. I have noticed that it seems to be easier for smaller guys to fill out though so it’s not all that rare for them to get good body’s from working out especially if they were into sports beforehand or something. I’m 6’1 at 65.5kg which is still kinda skinny for me but I’ve been working out for nearly 4months and been bulking for around 3. Started at 61kg though. See my muscle mass would probably look good on a 5’6 guy but not so much for me cause my limbs are longer so it just seems to take a little bit longer for muscle gain to be noticeable but of course in the long run I could technically put on more overall muscle then a 5’6 guy it would also be my genetics that play a role in how much muscle I could actually put on in total being natural.

I dont understand when they say this is enhanced. I ve been doing calisthenics mix with weights for about 5 years, not eating clean and I still had similliar physique, just not as shredded. My haviest was 78kg and I am 172 cm tall so like 5 7 or something like that. Also I could do full planche and full front lever + pull up with 55 kg and 125 kg bench. I think like you said, not everybody can look like this, but calling this enhanced physique is just mind blowing to me. People are lazy and just couse they dont ever look like this, they thinks that its impossible to do it naturally. Fck even my friend who was drinking like every week and was around 6 2 had same physique. Its not that hard wake up. He is not overly pumped, vascular and big, so I dont know why people not believe him. But I dont wanna sound like his physique is bad. He has amazing physique who 99 percent people can dream of.

Even bboys are shredded AF! Even i did breaking when growing up and was surprised with my chest, arms, and legs. And putting on muscle in which I gained quite quickly but than I busted my left forearm, so I don't really do break dancing anymore nor lift heavy. Anyway great video

I've tried to not comment much, but thanks for being positive Fikshun. I've known about you since 2013 with your sick dance moves, and know that a lot of core strength and stability is needed for dancing and it's a good foundation. Even Bruce lee, and Muhammed Ali use to dance- I'm 1 minute in but God bless, from one content creator to another.

He doesn't look like he could even fit into your category . If you ever hear from him see if he wants to try competing against you , I'll bet he can't keep up with you 💯 Stay strong , real and like always be yourself . Peace , love and much respect to you 💯

I have to disagree. Greg is an IFBB pro bodybuilder. He does know his stuff. Most of these type of videos where he says someone is enhanced is for clicks, not for hate. He admits in a previous video that he does it to get that algorithm working in his favor. And he is miles ahead when it comes to physique building.

Greg doucette is literally a IFBB PRO Bodybuilder, former world record holder for the bench press and the deadlift, has a masters degree in Kinesiology, and coached thousands of people already. He defo knows way more about training and nutrition than fik shun does. And he would despite his age outlift Fik shun pretty much in every category (-bodyweight stuff)

Greg is not mad. He does these videos for clicks. He doesn’t do his due diligence and research the people he’s talking about, but he always makes another response video when the person he talks about says he is wrong. Usually, Greg is fair and will be open about making mistakes and not knowing specific things.

A true martial artist , in my opinion, is someone who practices his / her techniques and also eats right and puts in a equal amount work in their art as well. Fikshun you are a amazing martial artist! I have practiced many different styles, types, and so on. But you remained humble and kind and had self control and self mastery. Keep up your hard work 💪! Some people just don’t get what dedication can do in combination with genetics irrespective of athletic discipline, in other words you can develop a great natural physic outside of just body building. It’s another level of honor when people just can’t believe you’re not natural when you are, well done sir!!!

Was a point guard who also danced. The body control and mind muscle connection made it easy in the gym because i can really feel my body. I also started with calisthenics about 12 years ago then switched to weights. I was about 170 lean when I switched (very similar look) to lifting, 10 years later I'm 205 lean. People neglect how much body control and balance a person can get from dance. Good dancers have a superior mind body connection which is not something people generally have unless they are advanced lifters. It translates well to gaining muscle if you put in the time because they are less prone to just throwing weights around and more connected to the feel.

As far as height goes, Greg is only 5'6 and I'm sure he get's teased a lot about it, which is why he probably gets triggered by those "short" comments harder than last time :)
