I've been watching a lot of foreign vloggers traveling to the Philippines lately (since i haven't been back there since 2002) You guys are so fun to watch! Eating street foods and sitting on the streets😄. Y'all make me wanna visit home. And you guys gotta try Pata Tim at a chinese restaurant. Delicious AF!

In the philippines, you will not hungry because we have street foods anywhere, sari sari store anywhere, restaurants anywhere, carenderias anywhere, bakeries anywhere and fruit stands anywhere. Enjoy your stay. I hope you stay here for good. Love from philippines. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm sorry but not all would wanted to go to posh areas like you've mentioned here. Manila city itself has a lot to offer. Search in KZfaq " Binondo" and you'll find a lot of locals goin there including famous Imee Marcos and son, a lot of food/travel vloggers like Chef RV.

You should check out the restaurant in Binondo called "The Singing Cooks and Waiters". They sing and dance while you eat. What more could you ask for? Great food, great place, great people and vibe is just so much fun. It's a place you shouldn't miss. You will have a blast there for sure!!

@@ChaseandShelbs Another restaurant recommendation for you guys, there is also a restaurant in Quezon city called "Fisher's Lake Kamayan" where you literally soaked your feet in the water and fish clean your feet while you eat hahaha and you eat with your bare hands (it's a filipino traditional thingy, eating with just your hands) if that is something you would like to enjoy and explore. Looking forward to more of your awesome video guys.

Binondo, especially Ongpin St., is one of my favorites. You need a few days to try most of the food shops and restaurants in the area. God bless everyone!

Like any other country you visit in Asia, it's actually depends on you. There are expensive and cheaper restaurants, food and accommodations in Philippines and the same in Thailand. So it actually depends on you. If you like more luxury then it would be expensive.

Aw yes dee we know you have been a loyal subscriber and we appreciate you so much and are happy you are still with us 🥰 so here’s the thing.. both are what you make of it.. in Thailand you seem to get nicer accommodation for cheaper, and you gets tons of cheap food. Here the accommodation is more and the cheaper food is a little harder to find (so far) As for transportation. You have to take more flights and Ferries to get around (making the Philippines more expensive for travel) For Thailand you could see more without having to buy more flights.. So all in all I think you can make both trips cost the same if your careful. But since we will be flying more and have spent more money on food.. I think maybe the Philippines is more costly. Thank you so much friend! We are so happy to be here and I think it shows 😍🙏🏼 Hopefully this was helpful!

Another great vid. Loved it guys! Very informative as well with the fun facts. Here's the thing guys, you've never truly experienced Filipino street food until you try the classic fish balls or kwek-kwek, or the different kinds of grilled stuffs like isaw(pork or chicken intestines) adidas(chicken feet) helmet(chicken head) and betamax( grilled blood) or try the sweet stuff like banana-Q and turon.i highly recommend you try these. Much love to you guys and can't wait for the next one. ❤️❤️❤️

We had a hard time finding a market with local Filipino food only to later discover the salcedo when we already left.. 😅 we can’t wait to possibly find a local market soon. I’m glad you guys like the oldest China Town. I would say it’s 400 plus year old and the first Chinese depot in the world. I would recommend that you guys go to Intamulos and see the old Spanish Colony. I’d you have time I would also recommend go Vegan City now that’s a place to go.

Watching your videos feels nostalgic especially your gastronomic adventure which pretty cool and the prices are way cheaper compared here in Canada. Hey Michael! The Philippines had been so good to us! You can really stretch your money far while travelling Southeast Asia counties! We are heading towards the islands very soon :) El nido and Palawan are totally on our list! still contemplating the others. 🥰 Thanks the helpful tip! I had so much fun watching you guys. We are now in Canada but wanting to hop on to the plane back to the Philippines and eat those foods!!!. Foof in Vancouver is as good but everything is way pricey. Philippines with beaches, markets, cheap eats would be a paradise, where travellers can live like king 😉

When we got to Palawan we basically lived off seafood because we didn’t get that luxury really without paying a arm and a leg😂👏🏼 this is why we continue to travel Lol! Give us all the food hehe

Manila tourist area to visit: 1. Intramuros Philippines Heritage 2. Distillery Limtuaco Museum - you can taste all local wines, rums, brandy, and other drinks (Intramuros area) 3. Nation Musuem 4. China Town (Binondo) - oldest China town in the world 5. Biggest malls in the world - SM malls/Mall Of Asia (top 6 Biggest Mall in the world)

Feels like you did eat the whole town for sure 😅! And which, for the price with refreshing bottle of calamansi juice, a free doughnut treat, and all the calorie-burning walks, are what make the trip for you worth it and worth the watch. However, i'm pretty sure there's more to discover and merits another Manila Chinatown round. Love your video quality and colors, btw. And the quick pop-up facts. Travel 'round safe and hydrated!

Thanks for trying our Filipino cuisines. try also Bulalo, sisig, sinigang and kare kare. and the noodles since you love them try Pancit Malabon/palabok, Pancit Bihon, Lomi, and Chicken Sotanghon at Aristocrat restaurant. for cake, desserts try mango supreme, Banana crunch, and Ensenada at Red Ribbon Bakeshop.

Bec of this channel, I went to Binondo last weekend and tried their fried siopao. So delicious, it's the best siopao I've ever tasted. Their lumpia here is also very delicious. If you are living in Manila or just drop by, you must try it. It's so worth it. A lot of restaurants there has amazing foods. Do not go on weekend coz resto are surely full packed.

Lumpia sariwa is great, there is also chinese lumpia which resembles like a small burrito but with cooked filling before they get wrapped. Shanghai is the fried spring roll.
