You didn't need to peel off the top of the coffee like that, that straw attached has a sharp end that it can just penetrate the top very easily! Next time, when you buy something in the convenient store, just push on it with any straw attached, then problem solved. Not sure you are still traveling but, K chicken is highly recommended, uhmm, it's not that cheap city more you spend money more you can experience better, well, google some high end restaurant, I mean,

All of Korea's culture came from China. And they claim it as theirs

China doesn't have a cultural heritage of its own because they destroyed it themselves. Glorious chairman Mao and the Chinese Communist Party did it. During the Cultural Revolution they destroyed and defaced countless palaces, shrines, temples, other historical architecture, paintings, calligraphy, sculptures and records. Now that they have nothing left, they turn their gaze outwards and claim that other countries that did a better job of maintaining and preserving their cultural heritage that they are the ones "stealing" Chinese culture. No dude, it may have been influenced by Chinese culture but that doesn't make it "Chinese", by that logic no European state has their own culture because they were influenced by the Romans and Greeks at one point.

Thank you for being honest. I was there in 2003 and since then (especially after the pandemic), it has been very touristy. There's good and bad that comes with the "show." It's now up to those who are genuine vs. those who just want to get likes on social media. I respect you guys! Thank you! (My parents are from Laos and I have relatives in Laos who talks about tourists all the time.)

Welcome to Korea! If you have extra time, consider visiting Busan, which you can reach by bullet train. If you're interested in historic sites, I recommend going to Gyeongju, which boasts over 1000 years of history. Lastly, if you prefer to visit beautiful islands, I recommend going to Jeju Island.

If you ask me to throw away the trash at the place where I purchased it, I will accept it. To reduce waste, we sell volume-rate garbage bags. It costs about 500 won to throw away 20 liters, and we thoroughly separate waste. Wash food stains in plastic containers at home and separate them. You can recycle for free. Still, it's better to throw it away outside. There is a separate bag for food waste. Food is used as fertilizer and this is one of the reasons why bugs and rats disappear.

3:30 u can flush ur toilet paper anywhere. i have lived in southeast Asia the last 10 years. throwing shit smeared toilet paper in a bin next to it is absolutely Barbaric. if the toilet can handle ur shit it can handle paper. just dont throw massive amounts down, be aware of the smaller pipes and flush in between before u accumulate lots of paper is all you need to do. please do not support the shitbin propaganda.

I wish you could enjoy visiting more of places while you stay in Korea. You are definitely welcome from the more intimate locals and amazed at those unique scenes around the spots you visit and the locals you meet by chance. Particularly KyoungJoo vintage city, Kwangju metro city, JeonJoo city and Anthong city. I positively recommend you to visit there by KTX train. Plus, Temples in Seoul and Koorye in Chollanam-do and Ohdae Sahn temple in Kangwon province. Especially you are tremendously treated when you visit Jeonjoo city and Jollanam province.

People often run to catch the metro because they can see the exact arrival times online, usually on Naver Map or Kakao Map. Although subways arrive every 3-7 minutes, people still prefer to catch an earlier one for their own reasons.
