Film financing in Bollywood: A short history of the modern era

Bollywood's brief fascination with the underworld ended when after the 1993 Mumbai blasts, the police cracked down on their illicit film financing activities. The arrest of the last gangster from that era, Ravi Pujari earlier this year has put to rest some history that the film industry is not very proud about. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the film industry across India has gone from strength to strength.

First understand under who's regime loans were granted... When things started to become public they were out of India...UK is safe heaven for fraudsters. Not only Indians but so many scamsters around the globe are in UK. They do have a law where they can easily take asylum in UK. It takes diplomatic and legal means to deport them and cases can run for years. They will be extradited. It just a matter of time... Vijay mall ya case is handled by one of the top lawyer in UK. There should be audits of film industry too. Some crap films making 300 cr within few weekends. Sometimes movie halls are empty but we see house full boards for no reason. You need a case, in order to investigate,they finally have one.
