Film description: On top of his game, the brilliant but arrogant New York City neurosurgeon with the magic hands, Dr. Stephen Strange, is more interested in fame and his perfect success rate than saving lives. Then, humbled by a nearly fatal car accident, and with both his impeccable career and his gifted hands mangled beyond repair, Strange heads to Kamar-Taj, a mystical place of healing in Kathmandu, begging the Ancient One, the Sorcerer Supreme and leader of the Masters of the Mystic Arts, for salvation and enlightenment. However, war is brewing over, as the corrupt, power-obsessed former disciple, Kaecilius, and his Zealots, are bent on unlocking an unfathomable parallel dimension, and usher in a new dark era on Earth. Staff shortage. Peeps who have strong enough spirits and resolves to pursue that particular way of life aren't really smth that the Masters of the Mystic Arts can just randomly pick up on the streets. Even Strange himself, the one who will one day become the most powerful Mystic Arts practitioner, considered quitting when he heard of the occupational dangers.

Considering all the sanctums are connected my thoughts are that one guy is a scout of sorts who's meant to call in backup from everywhere else whilst holding up the threat for a meaningful amount of time.

I'm amazed when they talks about the "branch", I didn't realize it's about the multiversal war caused by Kang or I could be wrong.

I very much doubt they were thinking that far ahead tbh. It’s more likely in my opinion that that line inspired the Loki show. After all, if you’ve been tasked with making a show about Loki, a magic user, it makes sense to rewatch the MCU films that deal with magic (so Doctor Strange and the Thor films) to refresh your memory of what magic is capable of in the MCU.

@dsin545 I assure you...They very much didn't plan it. The infinity saga itself, wasn't at all Planned out, so I doubt they were planning for the Loki show.

I don’t see why but I think because it might have something do with the teseract cube because that had the space stone in it as well as the mind stone in Loki weapons knowing how powerful those stones are that could be the reason in my opinion

Kinda weird how all the places of power in the world are in the northern hemisphere. Not a single one in the southern. Couldn't have put one in like Sydny or something? I get most useable land is north of the equator, but common.

Can’t wait for Clea cause Ik 100% that Dormammu gonna return no guarantees on that and the other main Mordo still out there and he gonna team up with Dormammu to like how Kaecilius did and got powers from the Dark Dimension in the first movie and I am hoping for Umar to come as well and Kaecilius might return and team up with all them to take down Strange
