Three-horse title race for the majority of the season, the title being decided on the final day unlike last season which was decided with a couple games to go. This season we started good, had a new midfield system, a lot of injuries… Yes we were in it but realistically against a treble winning Man City we can’t say player for player or even our overall form is on their level to rlly challenge them in a title race. I would say arsenal had the better chance all things considering.

@@bri1085 We never really had that much of an advantageous position like last season . 1 loss out of 19 games isn’t the reason we lost out on the title.. It was our poor form in December . Plus let’s be real nobody expected us to contest for the title until the final day based off the fixture list . Which we had the hardest and came out with just 1 unfortunate loss against Villa 😅

At the end of the day the league was lost the moment they dropped points against fulham - and they bottled their chance again against Villa. You can blame it on the charges all you want 0/6 against 13th and 4th is unacceptable if you want to be 1st in a league that has Pep in it. Thats okay tho cause the squad is young and can only improve. Coming from a gooner. (I also think they can surpass city next season.)
