Just a question on practicality on the firm's side as the individual investor perspective makes sense to me, but: It is not profitable for companies to raise proceeds from debt and use it on share buyback as other than tweaking the EPS or other financial ratios, it doesn't really benefit the company? Or does it somehow help in terms of reducing dividend payout? but it jeopardises net income right? at least from the calculations of the three tutorials
