Wow, that was a really, really, smooth and fast 795! Still massive, still super strong, 100% healthier! No longer winded after singles or talking. Doing great man! And doing this on TRT can be just as a fun a journey.

Larry brought up a key point. He speaks of TRT, but it applies to natty training too. You don't have to cycle anything. You don't have to lose 30% of your strength between peaks. You are ALWAYS strong. It only depends on if you eat, rest and recover well. Your down time is days, not weeks or months.

Raising a family is and will always be a huge PR. Looking forward to see your journey and more unique content in 2023.

Been cool to watch. I started trt in August (only experience with any form of testosterone) Levels were in the low 400s Doc worked me up to 200mg a week, which brought my levels slightly over 1100, so we scaled me back to 150 a week. Redrawing levels next week to see where I am. It's def helped me be as strong as ever (at 34 years old) Loving it so far

It's nice to see Larry taking smaller jumps towards the end there too. I know in the past he would take huge jumps to save energy but now that could easily lead to injury I'd imagine

Great stuff lad. I have changed my training the past while from a more bodybuilding to a more strength based training my deadlift keeps going up two weeks ago I done 210kg just about today I done it again and found it much easier. Sadly there was no smaller plates 2.5kg plates around it free so I tried doing 220kg couldn't get it done. But getting stronger and stronger.
