Here’s the thing-when Pietro showed up in episode 5, it literally said “from the x-men films” in the description. Also, the director and the rest of the cast and crew kept teasing all the cool stuff in the finale and it was just a plain finale.

True, I have decided not to watch theories and breakdowns before the shows end from now on because the theories ruined the finale for me

@@pinknicho I think she's astral projecting, similar to how Doctor Strange did in his movie. The difference is that because Wanda has more power (something Agatha made clear), she's also able to move around in her actual body while still astral projecting. As for Tommy and Billy, my theory is that they're stuck in the multiverse or something and in Doctor Strange 2, she and Strange will find a way to rescue them.

Yay for Wanda's story of loss and struggling to deal with grief. Being more powerful than she realized, which turns out to be her greatest strength, and weakness. Accidentally hurting people while she was desperately trying to deal. Being taken advantage of by people she trusted. Boo for all the excess Easter eggs that apparently meant nothing and worse, rather than subtle teases of what might come next, blatant setups for future projects that were just distractions from the superior main plot.

Overhyped to be exact. We had very high expectations on the finale like introduction to the xmen and a cameo from dr strange thanks to the crazy fan theories. But it didnt happen that caused many viewers disappointed lol

Surprsingly a lot of people seems to be disappointed or just straight up call it a "bad Finale". Probably they were too invested in all the theories, which is a shame. Only thing I didn't like was what they did with "Pietro"

I’m fine with the fan theories not coming true because the story was about Wanda’s grief for the people she had lost in her life as well as the trauma she’s been through. I loved everything about the finale but Evan Peters’ character reveal at the end but we just have to come to terms with it and move on I suppose. A little bummed but we all had our expectations too high. With Mephisto and Nightmare especially. There’s nothing we can really do about it though and it was still a great episode. We have the Falcon and the Winter Soldier as well as the future of the MCU to look forward to. Things will get better from here.
