CHAOS
10/10 game.
Decent game for an FF shooter, kind of repetitive. The final stretch, the whole Midgard / DeepGround is what bored me the most and I wanted the game to just end at that point as of how long that dragged on.
Whenever games have a dragged-out part near the end, that's an instant motivation killer for me.
FF7RM underground of Shinra facility didn't age well either as of how boring that final stretch was.
I don't think this sequel was necessary to expand the story further that revolves around Vincent, it could have been in the original FF7 storytelling.
At least they put Nero and Weiss in the FF7RM now, that connects it to the Dirge I guess.

The new FF7 Rebirth trailer that came out showed Vincent. it gave me the motivation to try out Dirge of Cerberus for the 1st time.
When I hear Vincent talk, I hear Solid Snake.

I will say, all considered the janky and repetitive as heck gameplay, the story wasn't really bad, as a Vincent centered story. Just kind of wish the overall experience had more polish. But I guess we are technically getting that with Rebirth now lol.

@ZeroOmega-vg8nq Just know this comment was 5 months ago, so this was before we knew anything additional about Rebirth's content. The assumption was that MAYBE they may include more Dirge content that'll connect it since we got a big one in Intergrade. We don't know if we're getting a Dirge Remake/Remaster or not.
