0:04 Limit Break + Berserk (enemy not inmune to berserk)
1:19 Limit Break + Berserk (enemy inmune to berserk & confusion)
The auto cast of Berserk will target an enemy by default. To cast it on ourself we need the enemy to have Reflect, but it won't work if the enemy is immune to Berserk: the immunity will prevent it before Reflect's triggered. In this case, we need to cast Confus first, so it'll be reflected on ourself then, being confused, we'll cast Berserk directly on ourself.
It won't work if the enemy is also immune to Confusion. In this case, we can still cast Tornado instead of Confus: since it tries to deal damage, Reflect will work despite the immunity to Confusion.
3:28 100% Status Infliction
Added Effect can be paired with Poison (Poison), Seal (Sleep, Silence), Mystify (Confusion, Berserk), Transform (Frog, Small), Time (Slow, Stop), Destruct (Death), Contain (Confusion, Stop, Petrify), Choco/Mog (Stop), Odin (Death) and Hades (Sleep, Poison, Confusion, Silence, Frog, Small).
⌭ Equip on Weapon to get 19% chance to Inflict Status.
⌭ Equip on Armor to get Status Immunity.
The level of the paired Materia does not matter, you will gain all statuses that Materia can grant.
Flash inflicts 'Death' with 100% chance. The status chance of Flash overrides the status chance from any Added Effect, that means you will have 100% chance to inflict any status effect (as long as the enemy is not immune to said status).

Elemental can be paired with all Materia except Support Materia (see below).
⌭ Equip on Weapon to attack with Element.
⌭ Equip on Armor to Defend against Element (Lv1 halves / Lv2 nullifies / Lv3-Lv4 absorbs attacks).
There are other alternatives to absorb elemental damage like equipping specific armor or accessories but those are more limited.
✴ Fire is gained from Fire, Ifrit, Phoenix
✴ Ice is gained from Ice, Shiva
✴ Lightning is gained from Lightning, Ramuh
✴ Earth is gained from Earth, Titan
✴ Poison is gained from Poison
✴ Gravity is gained from Gravity
✴ Water is gained from Leviathan
✴ Wind is gained from Choco/Mog, Typhon
✴ Holy is gained from Alexander
✴ Hidden is gained from any non-Support Materia not listed above
Absorbing an attack means:
• Damage / Cure are swapped.
• Status Infliction / Removal are swapped.
• Death / Revive are swapped. Reviving moves cause 'Death'. Death is a special status which is replaced by Recovery (HP & MP).
5:49 Quadra Gain Glitch
Auto Mimes general rules
• The auto actions are first in the order of the equipped Materias.
• The auto mimes look to what they will copy: the previous trigger if there's any, or the action that happened before the combo elsewise.
• The auto mimes are performed after the other auto actions.
Quadra-gain glitch
• If the second mime of a chain was supposed to mime a quadra action, then the first one will be quadra too; if it was supposed to mime a non-quadra action, that actions will gain quadra.
• And since that action gets a free quadra effect, then you can apply it to:
✶ KotR, E. Skills and Commands, despite they're incompatible when paired directly. Note: Command materias like Slash-All, Double Cut, Steal, Sense, Throw, Morph, Deathblow & Manipulate will have their extra casts animations skipped, just the the 1st one is visible.
✶ Limits, which can have animation glitches.
✶ Items, but only the 1st one is visible, the extra ones have their animation skipped.

Before starting to record this fight i used Lunar Curtain (MBarrier halves magical damage) and Sadness (reduces physical and magical damage by 30%) on Emerald Weapon. By reducing the damage it has been possible to show you the 14 casts of KotR.
Summary
• Tifa's turn
‣ W-Summon: 2× (KotR + Steal + MP Turbo + MP Absorb)
➼ Emerald attacks Red XIII
• Red XIII counters
‣ free mime: 2× (KotR + Steal + MP Turbo's boost + MP Absorb) for 0MP
‣ 6 mime: 2× (KotR) for 3000MP
total = 14 KotR
Note: This combo can deal up to 1,819,818 damage (14 * 13 * 9999).

Vincent received just 1 point of damage because his Defense is at 255, Tifa and Cloud used on him Dragon Force (510 Def in battle), he was wearing Protect Ring that grants Barrier (halves physical damage) and MBarrier statuses, he had Sadness (30% less damage from physical and magical attacks), was in back row (halves physical damage) and used 'Defend' command (halves physical damage).
Summary
• Tifa's turn
‣ W-Magic: 2x (Comet2 x8 + Added Cut) = 66 hits
➼ Emerald attacks, Vincent counters
‣ free mime: 2× (Comet2 x8) = 64 hits
‣ 4 mime: 2× (Comet2 x6) = 192 hits
‣ 2× Added Cut = 2 hits
‣ auto-attacks from All lucky 7s = 64 hits
‣ total = 322 hits // 322 * 7777 = 2,504,194 damage
Note: I had to edit Emerald Weapon's HP, otherwise it would have been impossible to show you the full combo.

FFVII desperately needed a more difficult NG+. Nearly all the best stuff is either endgame and therefore only truly useful against Ruby and Emerald, or so brokenly powerful that they make an easy game into a doddle.

I wouldn't call this legal, but you could smuggle it to an earlier save file. I think you can smuggle as early as the Boss Room for the Scorpion bot?

You cant get Counter materia without visiting northern cave but you can visit it, grab the materia and and go back outside (like i did).

level them up to full stars and master the materia..then you have a second one in your inventory..in the lategame its very easy to do it.

You are looking for an enemy called Magic Pot, as well as Movers. You find them in the northern crater, hidden in the green materia pools area. This region spawns enemies that can be robbed of Elixirs, and then the movers can just be Beast moded for easy, MASSIVE AP/GIL gains. Magic pots are more complex. You have to use an elixir on any pots in the battle, and only then can you kill them.

@@AT-qm8gv oh lmaoooo yea it’s a stupid long animation, I don’t even bother using KOTR personally, just have all three party members with 4X cut hitting for 9999 each hit is like 10+ times faster

The first time I played this game there was no internet and I lived in a literal war zone so a lot of stuff was missed and also I played the game at a arcade lounge for money and was like 12 so a lot of materia was missed, the second time I got to it in order to beat ruby and emerald I used guides but discovered a few useful combinations on my own. I am sure everyone here knows how much fucking farming is required to master that mime materia not to mentioned like you have a dozen of them so most of these strategies are obsolete in any useful way but congrats on discovering them. I beat ruby at lvl 73 and once my w-summon with hades and knights of the round was disrupted I took him down with regular Bahamut. So I suggest coming up with some strategies that don't require much farming.

I see you grinded the 65,535 kills for Vincent’s overflow glitch👍🏻 I’m willing to bet less than 100 people in the world have taken the time to do that🕺🏼 Crazy how that number is so influential in the game, the sleeping guy’s battle counter also resets at 65,535👀

You don’t need to get that many kills. You can get a fraction of it then meet overflow requirements with Hero Drinks

@@AT-qm8gv true, but for the seriously hardcore, it must be done haha Plus, if the 65,535 kills are met, and you use Hero Drinks, almost ALL enemies (including bosses) can be one-shot, except for a handful- Vlakorados, Ying Yang, and Ruby Weapon to name a few👌🏻

@@VictoryNotVengeance Vincent's Death Penalty has a base Power value of 10, and increases by 1 every 128 kills he gets, up to a maximum of 521 power (65,408 kills) so maxing it out to 65,535 is not needed unless you are a completionist ^^. The absolute maximum an enemies Def can be overflowered using Random Variation overflow (Berserk, Critical & Back Attack) is 466. Back Attacks are not always archievable, which means that 421 Def is the highest (with just Critical & Berserk) with 15% chance to overflow or 415 Def to guarantee overflow. There is only one enemy who's Def is greater than 421, and that's Ruby Weapon (480), the only enemy Vincent cant overflow. The 2nd highest Defense in the game is Ying's, with 420 Def. Vincent has 32.03% (82/256) chance to overflow Ying if he has atleast 65,408 kill (521 power), Level 99, 255 Attack, uses 4 Hero Drinks, hes in Berserk status and deals a Critical Hit. BTW, Vlakorados only has 60 Def.

@@KFCPhantasm Weird, my Vincent has 65,535+ kills and all max 255 stats, I tested overflow on Vlakorados and it only did the standard 9999 damage🤔 I know I’m at max kills cuz I religiously kept track along the way. Months ago I one-shot Emerald (requires only one Hero Drink) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fpmJpbKdmbi1ln0.html Since then I’ve gotten numerous more kills with Vincent until I took him out of the party to give other characters a chance to grind EXP (1 billion exp for all 8 characters ain’t no joke lemme tell ya 🤣🤣🤣🤣) And yes. I’m a completionist. Striving to be the only one in the world to have a pure 100% max everything file haha

@@VictoryNotVengeance To overflow Vlakorados you need to be in berserk status and deal a critical hit, with this you will have 100% chance to overflow. You can also overflow it using 4 hero drinks without berserk and critical. If you use 4 hero drinks, berserk and critical, you will have 4.30% chance to overflow (because you are cancelling the overflow basically). Keep that in mind :)

The 1st Quadra Magic gives 3 extra casts. The following ones give an additional cast, stackable up to 5 Quadra Magics for 8 casts. Tifa has 5 Quadra Magics paired to Comet, so 8 casts, and Vincent has 3 Quadra Magics, so 6 casts. He could have more, but this would need to remove some Counter Mimes, leading to making less hits in the end. With maxed defense, Vincent will take only 1 HP damage, so here he enters the battle at 7778 HP, ready to get the All Lucky 7s. Tifa attack with the maximum of hits: (Comet2 (4 hits) × 5 Quadra Magic (8 casts) + Added Cut (1 hit)) × W-Magic (2 actions) = 66 hits Emerald attacks Vincent, triggering his counters and All Lucky 7s: The 1st Mime copies Tifa's attack for 0 MP and with all the effects, except that the Added Cuts come at the end of the combo. 2×(Comet2 ×8) = 64 hits The 4 other Mimes copy Comet2 + Comet2 for 880 MP. Added Cut is totally dropped, Quadra Magic's number of casts now depend on the miming character, here 6 casts. 4 × 2×(Comet2 ×6) = 192 hits The delayed Added Cuts happen now. 2 hits Since Vincent has 7777 HP, all his hits deal 7777. And now he's done with his counters, the Lucky 7s 64 auto attacks begin.
