A cover of Eyes On Me from my favourite game, Final Fantasy VIII
Arrangement, harp and vocals by me.
This is a song that is extremely dear to my heart, so I had been hesitating to cover it for fear that I wouldn't be able to pull it off. But then my patron Waleed requested it as a reward on Patreon, and I gave it my best effort. I'm so grateful I was given the boost I needed to do this special song! I must admit that I cried a few times during the long process of arranging, practicing, recording and filming this song, because of all the feels...
This song is dedicated to my patron Waleed!

Such a lovely cover, Branna! This is my favorite game as well and listening to this song brought back so many memories of various cutscenes and feelings whilst playing! I can still picture Laguna limping around due to a cramp in his leg when he's at the bar with her lol.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful voice and harp, I can feel that this song is very special to you. I played Final Fantasy games as a child, before internet, and never ever imagined these games would become so popular world wide. It is amazing to see people all over the world play FF music so beautifully in their own arrangements. I started to learn lever harp just 2 years ago, and Final Fantasy songs are very difficult to play with lever harps and you gave me a courage to give it a go!! (from Japan)

Such a brilliant cover. Brings back good memories of playing FF8 when I was younger, I find the music in final fantasy is very powerful and always brings back good memories when I hear them. Still have my ps1 and my copy of FF8, will have to dig it out. Keep up the good work, looking forward to hearing more.

Finding covers of video game music is a hobby of mine, and Eyes on Me is a song I love dearly because Final Fantasy VIII is my favorite game in the series. Holy shit. This is so beautiful. FFVIII is so nostalgic for me. I moved to Japan years ago and recently I was walking through Tokyo and "Eyes On Me" started playing at some shop. It just made me go "Wow...".
